Laurencio at Grizzly HD in Missoula was great. He knew our names when we walked in and which bikes we were getting without looking it up. He took plenty of time to show us the features on the bikes when we left and showed interest in our ride when we got back.My only complaint is that even though I had reserved a Street Glide 9 months in advance, Eagle Rider called me a few weeks before my trip to say it wasnt available. I really didnt like the Road Glide they put me on instead. I wish they would have given me a discount or a certificate for a free rental in the future.

Great experience, everyone was very nice especially the guy that checked me in and out. I dont ride a Harley nor was I familiar with the new tech. They did a great job and eagle rider returned my call late into the evening and again were very nice.

Very professional and quick service/ sales department. I rented a motorcycle and they were nice enough to upgrade me into a nicer bike. The road glide was amazing.

Cant thank tim out of the Vegas office enough. Because of the covic joke had to change my rental dates and added days to my rental. At checkin the added days did not show and dealer wanted to charge extra. Tim stoped transporting bikes to Sturgis to fix the problem. Outstanding customer service!

I have rented from this location before and it was a great experience. Now that it is part of Eaglerider rental chain the price has almost doubled. When I spoke to eaglerider a week before pick up that I would need to move my 3 day renta pick up and drop off day by one day and not be changed any fee they said it was no problem with them they have been paid and to check with dealer because they own the bikes. So I did and was told if no one books the bike it would be ok. When I got there Larry was less than helpful and appeared untrained with customer service. Let me know if you dump Eaglerider and I will return as a loyal customer. All the best Al Szaraz

NEVER RENT BIKES FROM EAGLERIDER they do not care about their customers!! Harley Davidson should never have gotten in bed with EAGLERIDER!!
