I wish that I could give 100 stars! Our delivery driver, Zach, was the nicest, kindest, most helpful, human. He exceeded any and all expectations we may have had. My mom and I are both handicapped in different ways and he found a way to make everything happen and go as smoothly as possible. I dont know where you found him or how long he has been there but I do know that if the rest of your employees are even 1/4 of who he is, youre set! Please tell him thank you again for his kindness and helpfulness. He never complained, came up with a solution, and genuinly smiled the whole time. My mom wants to marry him {she is 73 :)}He really and truly made our day.Sincerely and thankfully,Rebecca and Seralita Morris

The lady working today 10/9 was awesome. However, the drive way was blocked and a no entry sign was on the only way to get in. Upon trying to reach the local office my call was routes to Asia. NO way to reach local. I think this is very poor public relations.

1st I work across the street from the main hub. I walked over to ask if I could pick up my $500 electronic device there instead of being delivered in 25゚weather for 8hr until I get home also saving them a delivery. She took my tracking # name address phone #. I showed to pick up and it was already on the truck out to be delivered. 2nd the package sat in a center for 2 full days when I could of made great use of it over the weekend!!! I tried to call several times to just pick it up and nothing. Terrible customer service on phones and in person

The hours here are limited, but the wait is rarely ever long and the service is always fantastic in my experience. This is the ideal drop-off location for packages that are already labeled on my way home from work.

I ordered a package off of Amazon. It said on the tracker from ups that the address is wrong. Thats incorrect I used the same address and got a package I ordered the same day the next day . I then called the store on brooks ave and was greeted by the manager on the phone when I tried telling her my problem she cut me off mid conversation and then hung up on me . So I went to the store directly to try to figure it out. She was extremely rude and her coworker decided to laugh at me. I do not take this matter lightly as I am mentally disabled. She refused to tell me her name for me to report her to HR. I do not recommend to ship anything through ups now . Never have I been treated so rudely.

I have a restraining order on one of their drivers. They wont take him off the route for my place of work where I see him everyday. He has threatened to kill me, the sheriff department has told him to stay away or be arrested. Ups refuses to do anything

I was sitting on the porch between 8:30 and 9:00. My notice on the Internet said a delivery attempt to made at 8:57 which did not happen! No call nothing, I wish Amazon would give us the choice of carrier. My delivery driver won’t come if he don’t feel like it no matter how important the package, this is B.S. FedEx always delivers rain shine or snow!

Came home tonight with it snowing hard and noticed a UPS truck parked on Big Flat Road. We turned on to our street to find a UPS driver walking down the road 1/2 mile with our package in hand! He was afraid the truck wouldn’t make it Back up the hill without chains. Please give kudos to whoever was delivering to Valley Wind Lane in Missoula on Jan. 14! We gave him a ride back to his truck 😊

Always extremely helpful and friendly. I drop off packages quite regularly and theyre always going out of there way to make sure Im taken care of. The only con is that packages seem to always be held up in Billings for a day or two but thats by no means this locations fault. Probably the kindest UPS faculty Ive been to.

This is where they hold your packages hostage. To get your package from this place you will have to offer a sacrifice,and possibly the promise of your first born. ( good thing my first born is a teenager ( nobody but mom wants them ) may the force be with you!!!

I give my driver 5 stars but when i tried to contact a person at the main depot to tell them how much i appreciated my driver, i could not connect with a human being. One of the selections when you call should be to talk to a human being. I cannot say enough about my driver out in Alberton. He is the best.

EDIT -- It turns out this is different from the other times when UPS delayed my packages here in town for a few days. This time, they damaged it and had to send it back to the shipper, so itll probably take weeks now instead.Original review:The tracking site said early this morning that my two packages were out for delivery to my office today. The UPS driver delivered one to my office late this morning, and I asked her about the other. She just shrugged and walked away. I stayed late at work, but the other never arrived. Apparently, they just drove it around all day in the truck, because its now 9:30 PM local time, and the tracking site still says Out for Delivery. My office closed over 4 hours ago. Now its Friday night, and the automated phone answering system says that I can drive out to the far side of town as early as Wednesday of next week to pick it up at the depot, and is that acceptable to me? Of course thats not acceptable! There isnt even a local phone number I can call to ask how to get it earlier than Wednesday. This is the third time this has happened to me this year. UPS has the WORST logistics and customer service of any company that I have to deal with.

For some reason the driver in my area wont drop a package unless he can talk to me on the phone first. Not packages that need signed for, just regular packages. It is really weird. Fedex just drops them and drives away. USPS puts them in my mail box. UPS makes it so hard, and then when they dont deliver I have to take a day of work off and drive an hour each direction to get to the missoula place to pick up packages. Ive been trying to get a package for over a month and cant get ahold of anyone. Their robot just tells me its going to be delivered next business day. Clearly I cannot buy from companies that ship UPS anymore.

Ive had several packages delivered by this company but today the driver couldnt bother to read the label or look up my account to do his/her job. So I ended up going 45 minutes out of my way to do their jobs for them and be condescended to by some secretary. Dont waste your money or time here.

I missed my package being delivered, so I went to the Customer Center to see if I could pick up my package there. While my package was still on the truck, the staff took down my phone number and kept me posted on my packages whereabouts. Then they had my package taken off the truck once it had come back and set to the side. I was able to pick up my package later that night, even after the Customer Center was technically closed. I am so appreciative of the effort put into helping me get my package. I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews here. The staff bent over backwards for me and I was thrilled with their service!

I appreciate the generally efficient service. Today the UPS man delivered the neighbors package to my house. My 11 year old opened the door, saw the package and began to open it. That, apparently is when the delivery man realized his mistake and came back to the door and raised his voice at my son. I was upstairs when I heard this and came downstairs to see what was the matter. The delivery man was livid and insulted my son saying he should know how to read. Well, so should the delivery man. My house number is on the door in 5 tall letters. He is the one with a reading and attitude problem.I wish I could call and express my concerns, but they dont seem to publish a number, so here you go.

I have had nothing but trouble with UPS delivery. I live in Haugan Montana and they wont deliver to my house because they say they cant find it or they cant come on my driveway. So then I had them deliver it to a real estate office in Saint Regis Montana where I work part-time. It took three times before they found that address and I know she gets UPS deliveries all the time. Then one package that was supposedly delivered February 21st 2019 I never received but on February 22nd 2019 I got a email from the seller saying sorry you were returning your item which I am not because I never received it in the first place. Im very disappointed in UPS. Hope to never have to use them again.

We have a newborn and a sign that asks not to knock or ring the belll, the driver has never paid attention to this and by the time we get to the door to politely ask him to stop hes already off.This wouldnt be such an issue if the warehouse had a number to call either.

UPS customer care is ridiculous! They have a clearly scripted LIE they read to you when you are calling about your package. These trucks have routes. The lady at UPS just tried to tell me it must be on another truck or it was too big to put in the truck. Are you kidding me! We are a business, for the last 8 yrs UPS comes at same time everyday and now all of a sudden you are telling me the reason it was not delivered when he was here was because it is on another truck or too big! Cmon UPS!!

Please tell your drivers that it is not okay for them to park in the middle of the alley and then take their sweet time filling out paperwork while blocking cars. There is plenty of room to park on the side of the alley so cars could get by.

Terrible customer service. We love our driver, he is always amazing. However I got a call from the facility last night about a package not being delivered because of poor road conditions. The roads were fine, no crazy weather or snow. The man kept yelling at me and telling me that I only had two choices to deliver to a new address or to come get it. He kept saying “listen lady!” And then hung up on me, I could barely even get a word in and all I wanted is to either meet the driver somewhere in town (which we do often) to grab the package or find out where this so called facility is. This man was so rude I’m not even sure how he managed to get a job in customer service but he doesn’t deserve to keep it. I will be talking to a supervisor.

The worst service Ive ever seen. Lost packages, very late packages. No accountability at all. Worse than the post office and more expensive. My package showed leaving at 5:23 a.m. and never showed. Then it showed being scanned back into Missoula at 5:14 p.m. absolutely maddening.

Terrible service. I originally changed the drop off location to my work address, and UPS technical support said I selected to have it left with a neighbor. I asked for same day pick up, and they assured me that it would be ready by 8pm. My UPS tracking shows our agreement and funny enough when I get there, the woman tells me that it is still loaded on the truck and scanned. says it should be ready by tomorrow. Needless to say I wasnt very happy ESPECIALLY knowing now that I have to stay in town longer than expected. (So much for an early start tomorrow)

Ive been recieving my medical supplies delivered by U.P.S. for 4 yrs. Every month and there always on time..no damage too my packages..NEVER.🙌 Dont know the name of my Driver at my new address..but he gets my package delivered on time..EVERY MONTH.I DO MISS MY OTHER DRIVER from my old address and after 10 months of not seeing him...I heard my name being called out from apts. next door and it was him🙉My driver from old address MARK.U.P.S. I would give them zero stars if I could. The absolute worst service possible. Zero professionalism and maximum laziness. Driver wouldnt deliver because of a couple inches of snow. Too lazy to put his chains on. Boo hoo. Fed-ex delivers at my house no problem. Customer service at Expressway center is just as lazy. Told me to come pick up next day, went there and said they couldnt find it and to come back later in the afternoon. BS... Just being lazy. Why do I pay for a service that was 2nd day air to begin with and now its going on day 6? And this is not an isolated incident. One week prior same driver refused to deliver on my road and oddly enough Fed-ex delivered not an hour later. Save yourself time and stress and skip UPS and just use Fed-ex!!!

Went to pick up a package and received the WORST customer service Ive ever received. The woman was extremely condescending because I entered an incorrect door to the Customer Care center. There are signs on both doors stating Please use the other door, and the primary door the employee referred me to is locked any time Ive been to pick up a package, during business hours.

Give me a break if the Missoula UPS is the worst service you have ever gotten, you have got to be kidding me. We live in the woods and yes it snows Your right stuff gets lost and you can be inconvenienced especially, if you as busy as we all are. I dont discount your experience but those of us who live in the real world are happy with courteous and speedy service that most people like me get. This especially true of Missoula staff. They have help straighten out several problems quickly and pleasantly. Dont waste good, Realize that there is only millions of other package in the system with and yours and things happen. Dont take it out on the staff.

Received a call I could pick up my item after 7pm, drove all the way there from near Lolo up Reserve, rush hour traffic. They made me wait 20-25 minutes while they attempted to find it and then told me there was some kind of error and they couldnt locate it and to just come back in 2-3 days. All told I wasted an hour and a half of my time, still do not have the package and now have to go back again......who knows if theyll actually have it the 2nd time!

Rude, Difficult to deal with, the delivery person didnt even ring my doorbell or knock and my package required a signature to which I missed after waiting all day. I called customer service (the lady I talked to was very helpful and said shed take care of it, she did) Next I was told that I was going to receive a phone call about my order confirming when the driver would be dropping it off again today. Calling with a blocked private number, to which my phone filters. I received only a voicemail stating that the driver was going to be over his hours for the week and was getting ready to clock out to head home and wouldnt be making the trip back to drop off the package. However, I could come pick it up at their office all the way across town in the evening. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? This was by far the most ridiculous thing Ive ever had to deal with. Why is a business that is supposed to be respectable calling me from a blocked private number? The fact that there is no number to recontact them in anyway (also not left in the email) is quite frankly, unprofessional for a business like UPS.

I had a UPS delivery, and I was disgusted by the driver. My package was THROWN onto my front porch, then they proceeded to drive on my LAWN across my septic tank. I dont know who this driver was, but I am not happy, if my order had breakables, it wouldve been bad. That is no way for a professional to act with SOMEONE ELSES items.
