Awesome staff and store, really inexpensive, and overall great experience. The owner Dom and his employees are really helpful and fast. The parking is pretty good as well. 10/10 would go again.

Theres absolutely no parking but instead of asking newly arriving people to park more efficiently, hassling the big vehicle to get out is just more efficient. All the parking lots around are designated for specific businesses and theres no real spot for a trailer to turn around.Prices and cafeteria feel are ok, but not worth the hassle of being asked to leave my kids unattended parked half a block away for the hour it takes me to finish washing our clothes. Missoula is apparently not the place to do laundry for anyone driving anything bigger than a mini van

This place is so great. I love the at home comfortable feel. The employees are so kind. The machines are always clean!! The intervals are excellent and I seem to always have access to a machine.

Uses quarters. Functional change machine on-site. (1) 40lb washer, (2) 30 pounders (as with every other coin opp laundry in the US & Canada: all 3 already in use at 2PM on a weekday), 40+ normal sized 18lb, $2.50 washers (95% all available). Huge dryers, 7 minutes for a quarter. Wifi onsite. Very clean facility. Friendly dogs next door at boot repair shop.

Fabulous, friendly, clean and well maintained business. The restroom is clean and there are plenty of machines .. and they all work, none broken. I was camping in the national forest in the area and ended up using this laundromat 3 time over the last 3 weeks, and it was $2.50 to wash and 75 cents to dry my load of laundry. I accidentally forgot something when I left once,, and when I returned a week later, they had it in their lost & found. Great service.

The tide pods are really good at getting salty white goo out of your crusty socks, and as a bonus they also taste amazing. If Dom didn’t have a girlfriend I’d get some ideas about him...

Those guys just thought about absolutely everything to make your experience easy and pleasant : you need detergent you need ATM you need coins you need Wifi, coffee, snack, an ice cream a folding table all on the spot ! Just amazed working on my laptop and sipping a coffee !

I am so happy to find a place open late. As none of the other laundromats are open to 10. It is very clean and is staffed. Prices are good and the kids enjoy the arcade games. I really liked that they have a small eatery in house as well. The only downside is the fact that they only have 3 large capacity washers.

This is my favorite place to do laundry in Missoula. They have plenty of washers and dryers. Its pretty clean. There is a TV room where you can hang out. They also offer snacks and drinks at a low price. The staff are always friendly.

This is the best place that Ive ever done laundry in town here. Im usually there at night and so I usually only see one or two people working there but they are so friendly great guys and day make you feel very comfortable without rushing you.

Rad spot to hang and do laundry. They have drinks and snacks and a pinball machine. The store and machines are clean and run quickly. Free WiFi ! 10/10 would recommend

I cleaned my clothes 3 times during my hiking trip to Montana and Idaho. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even though they are very busy with wash and fold jobs and the food grille with offerings matching many diners. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. Currently, you cant stay and fold your laundry, but its still a nice laundromat.

Great service. Friendly.We were travelling through and phoned ahead late in the afternoon to try to get some laundry done for us. No problem. $1 per pound. Washed and folded. Ready in a couple of hours. We phoned competitors in town to be quoted more than twice the price and then not able to do it.Very nice people.

I dont do laundry here (I have machines at home) but I love to drop in every so often to sit at the bar, drink coffee and BS with the employees and who ever else might be hanging out. The owners are great and so is the service.

So my first time going to a laundry mat, lucky me i went to this one. I tell you what way better then i expected. I got help with matchines from the very friendly staff, they get you change and make a mean hot dog will be back. Oh and there is like a arcade too!

Sparkle does my laundry regularly. The facility is always clean, and the staff is amazing. They are always there to help their customers.I typically use their drop-off service, and havent had any issues. They are great at following my requests (air dry, what to wash with what, extra cleaning product, etc.), and my laundry is nicely folded when I arrive for pick-up.As far as price, they are comparable to others in the area. The staff (specifically David and Drew) is why I continue to use Sparkle.

I love it here so much that i look forward to doing my laundry every week.

This was my first time going to a laundromat, and it was a great experience. Management was very helpful and they have free wifi to do work while waiting for laundry. The machines worked well and my clothes came out soft. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Plus, they have excellent prices: $2.50 per wash and 25 cents per 7 minutes in the dryer (so, about $1).

Here out of town. Convenient location and good service. There is a small concession on premise so you can get a cappuccino, soft drink, Italian soda, pizza, dogs, sausage & egg sandwich etc. while you wait. What a great idea.

The employees were too busy being engaged with doing drop off laundry to provide much customer service nor monitoring of the facilities. Every dryer was occupied by one woman who put 1 to 3 things in each dryer. I ordered some food and the preperation of that was neglected so BOTH attendants could fold laundry. When I did receive my food, it was over microwaved and it was 15 minutes after I ordered it. My wash was finished. I ended up leaving with wet laundry and a 85% certainty I wont be returning.

Great place to do laundry. Excellent location and staff. I wish they would have paper towels in the bathroom though. The air dryer is right above the toilet, making it completely unsanitary. Air dryers are known for their spreading of germs. Especially when the toilet flushes right below it. Not sanitary for people to use the bathroom and then fold their clothing.

This place is so welcoming and the owner is such a nice young lad who is very willing to help with what you might need help with and hes so sweet to every costumer.

I used to go there years ago in the early 2000s. I just moved back and the service is excellent, and I know because thats my business too! I do drop-off and it makes things very conveinent for me especially since summer is on the way and I work all day. Everything is folded nice and neat and the button downs are on hangers. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Im a mom traveling with 5 kids. Ive been to many laundromats in my time and this is by far the best one, ever. Its clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. Working washers and dryers. The owner is on site managing the facility which includes a laundry service, wi-fi, and TV room. Additionally, you can buy ice cream, pizza, hot dogs, nachos, and fancy coffee. Classical music overhead, Olympics on the front TV, and retro bar stools make this a cool place to hang while getting your clothes clean (no I was not paid for this review, Im just THAT impressed!)

Clean and comfortable. Decent tasting cappuccino and well priced. All this along with pinball. Oh, and wifi available.

None of the washers or dryers were broken, the bathroom and general shop were clean (very well swept floors), and the clerk laughed at all my bad jokes! Customer service more friendly than I expected, and theres more than enough room to settle down with your laptop to study while you wait, with a good amount of outlets in the back. The concession stand was mostly closed since I stopped by on Memorial Day weekend, so no jury yet on the food, but if you have kids waiting around, theres always ice cream treats available to purchase if you arent up to the walk to Big Dipper down the road. Wifis good and reliable, as I was able to download a few files in pretty reasonable time without interruption. Only complaint was that the pinball machines were all off when I visited, but not too many people play pinball nowadays anyways (you need all your quarters to wash your clothes in the first place). The laundry mat is a little bit away my apartment, but its worth it, considering that the laundry mats nearby tend to be dirty and have broken appliances.

Great place free WiFi great service, snack bar, you can buy individual cups of detergent and dryer sheets for 25c apiece. Classical music on the sound system. T.v. with captions. Never thought I could like a laundromat so much, great atmosphere.
