I always love my time spent at Skin Chic! Jennifer is so great about asking what my concerns are, and even checks in after my treatments to find out how my skin is doing. She recommends great products to help with those concerns, specifically the rosacea on my cheeks. I would highly recommend Skin Chic to anyone needing some pampering and TLC! My face has never felt better!

Certain waxing services can be pretty darn intimate. If you are looking for an estitician that will make you feel comfortable and at ease during a pretty intrusive process then pick up the phone and ask for Hannah. She is always considerate of time, always removes every bit of hair while also being sure not to over work an area, and despite it being a somewhat unpleasant process, I always leave in a good mood.

I went to Skin Chic for my first brow wax 😄 Lydia was fantastic. I let her know I was in a bit of a time crunch and she was so understanding and cognizant of time. She watched the clock for me and waxed & tinted my brows in exactly 15 min. I made it to my next appointment right on time thanks to Lydia’s efficiency. Oh, and my brows look ~AMAZING~! Was referred by a friend to see Karen at the mall for some veins that had burst superficially on my nose and my cheek. Karen did an excellent job explaining the procedure and was amazing at making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the short procedure. Terrible customer service. I scheduled online and then got a call there was an “error with their computers” and they needed to bump that appointment, I rescheduled on the phone and then the next day they call and say there was “an error with their computers” again and they need to bump my appointment again. Im over it, will go somewhere else with better customer service that wont repeat the same line over and over for their scheduling issues.

I loved going here and used to always have a great experience. I had been going here to get my eyelashes and eyebrows done for almost five months. However, the last time I went in for a lash fill was for a 45 min fill, like I always do. I went to a different employee then who I normally go to. She spent most of the time removing a lot of the lashes and not very much time actually filling them. Anyway, I get to the register and they tell me it is going to be 75 dollars for a 45 min fill. Every time I had gone in before that I had only had to pay 55 dollars. They told me that the payment has changed and now it is 75 dollars for a two week fill. Which I would be totally ok with if they had actually gotten filled and if somebody would have told me that it had changed before I went in for my appointment, but my eyelashes didn’t even look like they had gotten filled. Every time I looked in the mirror it just made me so mad that I ended up going elsewhere to get them filled correctly half a week later at a lower price. I love the person that normally fills my eyelashes but I just can’t bring myself to go there again and canceled my next appointment due to this bad experience.

I recently had a chemical peel at Skin Chic and cannot believe the results! I have a lot of freckles/pigmentation and I cannot believe how much it has lightened up. Not to mention how smooth and soft my skin feels. Ive been getting facials and buying my skin care products at Skin Chic for over seven years. Their team of experts never cease to amaze me and always seem to be on the cutting edge of skin care. Thank you, Skin Chic!!

Skin Chic not only has wonderful people helping their customers, but products that work. I use their skin care products and makeup and continuously get comments on how great my skin is. I have also always had difficulties with lash extensions because my eyes are sensitive. Since getting them done at Skin Chic, I have had no problems at all! Most times I’ve gone the ladies have been really nice and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and that I didn’t leave unsatisfied. But the most recent time I went the women that was tinting my eyebrows was absolutely awful. She was clearly uninterested in doing them and was making it obvious. She didn’t ask what color I wanted which they usually do and ask if you want dark light or medium to see what you’re wanting. This lady didn’t ask me anything about the color. She just started mixing colors and did what she wanted. Usually they also clean your eyebrows to make sure there is no product on them and they are clean. This women didn’t she just started putting the dye on my eyebrows. When I was done I left looking ridiculous one of my eyebrows was huge because she dyed my skin and the other one not even all the hairs were covered. I felt like I had to literally cover my face when I was going to the other stores in the mall because they were so bad.

I was not helped any of the last few times until I started filling my arms with their products and helping myself which of course was enough of a bother to get a dose of rushed assistance. ( I will explain that this was more than likely because I look pretty grimy from working manual labor and heavenly had time for swinging by quickly for my favorite products instead of my old office attire I used to work in). I thought that I would have rather bought from a small business online and saved, but I wanted to treat myself right then and give the old business I loved a chance. Still after several last chances... I dont feel that Skin Chic small, local, personal store it once was, before the grand re-opening. I gave it a go a few times now thinking that I must have had a chip on my shoulder or that it may have been a bad day for just one associate, but I am certain now that one on one customer relations are not a number one priority for the associates though they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell as this has happened with more than one associate. There are other small businesses in Missoula appreciate my interest in natural beauty products and skin services as well as my interest to support local business all the while providing customer serve that kicks ass. Still, I cannot deny that Skin Chic has the VERY BEST makeup in the Southgate mall times ten and changed the way I look at skincare. The store is a beautiful clean little nook that carries amazingly high quality products along with an honest return policy. waxing services and free birthday wax is always five stars, costs are above online prices, which does not bother me at all when supporting local industry and of course getting that beloved instant gratification. If the products were organized and the logistics were assured the restocking of best selling products, as well as the associates being as genuine as the lovely owner herself then this lady would have been a lifer. Hopefully this long comment gives constructive perspective without finger pointing. I sadly have to call it quits with this business. Thanks for your time.

I have been a customer of Skin Chic for about 13 years. I started with them when they were downtown only. I have always been treated like I am an important customer. Mandy Schafer is my anesthetist. I just LOVE her. She makes it her job to make sure my skin glows. I rely on her to guide me in what products to use. She knows my skin and what it needs from facial to facial. Over the years they have added more and more services that I have used. Most of the girls know me by first name. All of them are always helpful. I am so inspired by the co-owners Jennifer and Cindy. We need more women owned business’s in Missoula. I am so thankful for the services that I have had. I got a leg and bikini wax today and my hair follicles are insanely inflamed, I have bruising, and there is literally a spot where it looks like my skin has been ripped off. My legs are not smooth at all, and there are parts where she missed... and the worst part is I paid over $100. The gal doing it was nice enough but kept asking me the same questions over again.. basic things like where ya from? How did you meet your boyfriend? what does he do? I mean its nice to ask but having to repeat yourself multiple ones over multiple questions is super irritating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Really regretting going here

Went in 7/15 for the first time. The staff was very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Abby was very friendly and professional. I liked my first visit today. :) Got good care and very nice products.

I booked an appt to get my lashes done and was told It would take 2.5hrs. I was 10min late due to an accident due to the roads. The front desk lady told me I she needed to talk to the gal because I was late. I stood in the store for about 5min waiting. During that time I could here the women who was suppose to do my lashes saying very rude and inappropriate things about me being late to the front desk gal. I waited another 5min to be told that they need the full 2.5hrs to go my lashes and needed to reschedule. So I left and did not reschedule with Skin Chic. I left crying because yes, I was late. That doesnt mean I needed to be disrespected and treated that way. You should probably make sure the customer cant hear you while your talking about them. Luckily, Noor Salon was able to get me in last min. Jennifer did a fabulous job and it only took the her 1.5hrs to put on a new set of hybrid lashes. Ive never been to a more unprofessional Spa in my life.

I had my eyebrows waxed and the technician did a terrible job. She waxed each eyebrow in a completely different shape and when I walked out of there they did not match at all. I was completely flabbergasted and did not know how to handle such a situation. I do not recommend this salon. I receive much better service at the walk in brow bar at Ulta. I always walk out of Ulta with matching eyebrows.

The 1540 Laser Treatment dramatically reduced the redness on my cheeks and around my nose. One treatment made a noticible difference and a second treatment is being scheduled. My daughter has been getting lip and brow waxing done here on a few occasions and I have been paying the quoted price. This last visit the price was more and when I questioned it I was told I was overcharged and the manager would refund my card. When I called the next day to inquire about the refund I was told that I had been getting undercharged all along . I was told I had been comped enough and would not be entitled to a refund. I was never looking to be comped for anything and I didnt appreciate the managers attitude about my frustration with inconsistent pricing.
