Prices were a little higher than I wouldve liked, but it looked like they could get the job done.

Josh was great to deal with. I took an iPhone in that was bent and the screen was crushed. I told him I just needed it to work enough to get some data out of it. Josh told me it would take about three hours, he called me in about an hour and had it fixed.

Had my grandsons iPhone glass screen replaced. Dropped it off at 9am was ready to pick up by 10. How awesome is that. $79.00 ain’t bad. Also had really nice deal on LED light bulbs for your home. At 4 for $4 bucks. You can’t beat that. Very pleased with the service. Overall a Great experience.

The staff at Missoula batteries plus could not have been better! they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. They went over and above the level of service Ive ever experienced with anything involving cell phones. My cell phone is working better than it has in months, and they did all the repairs in really just hours. Because of their amazing service, they are busy! Just book an appointment ahead of time, or go early in the morning or other quiet times.

Fast service. Great for phone batteries. Screen quality for screen replacements are just not good enough. Slightly lower resolution, darker and higher contrast.

The employees were very kind and helpful unlike the (one of the biggest phone stores in town . I won’t mention the name) store of where my phone was purchased.They were able to fix my phone and restore all of my information without any hesitation. I was happy to pay them and support their business. I highly recommend them if you ever need a repair .

I scheduled an appointment online with them, we had never been here before, to get my daughters phone repaired. I arrived a little early but they were able to get me in right away. They preformed thorough pre-tests (and post-tests) on the phone to ensure everything, besides the severely cracked screen, was in working order. They told me it would take about an hour but would call if they finished it sooner and within about a half hour it was fixed! We will definitely be going back for any future repairs. Thanks for your excellent work and customer service, you guys are amazing!

It is a great store, welcoming and friendly. Very nice., skilled young guy helped me ( Conner) . They did a great job fixing my IPhone screen and changed a watch battery for me. I will go there again for sure.

These guys are great. Not only do they have everything you might be looking for, but they are very knowledgable about their products and more than happy to help you find what you need. I was so happy to learn that they also replace smart phone screens because I have had less than stellar experience elsewhere. They have now repaired several of our familys screens and are fast and comparably less expensive. Love these guys!

Prompt, outstanding service! Saved me hundreds of dollars as I did not have to purchase a new cell phone. Besides, I like the size, functionality, and protective case of the phone needing repair (swollen battery). These guys know what they are doing and are very professional. Dont believe someone at the main Verizon store who tells you that your phone cannot be repaired!

I called to get my cell phone screen repaired was coming in from over an hour drive out of town. They wouldn’t take appointments or schedule me in they told me to callBack when I got closer to see if anyone was a head of me. Got my phone repaired thought all was good. Drove home and my screen isn’t working properly. It calls people on its own hangs up on phone calls and just isn’t working properly. I called back today to let them know and the guy said no problem bring it back in and we’ll check it out. Which would be great if I was local but, I live an hour and a half out of town. So now I am going back down to get my screen reworked on again with two kids... not very happy

My iphone 6S needed to have a battery replacement. Totally dead; would not even come on when plugged in. AT&T said I needed to replace my phone - but I was not about to give up since it was otherwise in perfect condition. I arrived late on Thursday and they were able to take my phone and arranged for me to come in at 12:30pm the next day. They said they would only charge me for labor in the event that the new battery didnt fix the issue. When I arrived today, the sales representative recognized me and my phone was ready to go! What a relief to see it on and still in perfect condition! They let me check through all the functions and had me call the store to make sure the microphone and speakers worked. I didnt lose any of my data and it was so worth the minimal money spent!

Went to another place in town after Apple setup the appointment. Turns out they would look at my phone, but were just too busy to replace the battery and I should come back the next week. (They were just covered up apparently...) Batteries + Bulbs on the other hand, got me right in and had it done in under 10 minutes! I would definitely use them again!

I dropped an older but cherished Samsung Galaxy Note 3 recently and broke the glass screen. I thought for certain that it was toast, but these guys informed me that a new replacement screen was available, and within a few days it was repaired as good as new. I will NEVER bring another phone here for repair. Took my phone in for a cracked screen and when I got it back it was so dark you could barely read it and the screen barely registered touch! I asked what they could do to fix it and John told me he could not do anything and that I was on my own. He offered me zero advice or help and left me to figure out out on my own. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I left with a still broken phone.

I had my screen replaced recently. Since then texting has been a nightmare as well as going on any site. It’s constantly opening things I do not want opened because the touch screen is so messed up! I would NOT recommend anyone having there screen replaced here. My phone screen wa bronken and I was having difficulty opening apps-but this is actually worse.

I had heard that Batteries Plus was the best phone repair place in the MIssoula area; I thoroughly concur. I needed a need a new battery for my iphone 7 and was also having trouble with my cable due to a dirty port. Both of these were taken care of very efficiently while I waited at nearby Starbucks. Before replacing the battery the technician made sure everything was up to date and backed up. I found the cost very reaonable and the technician ompetent, informed nd a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing these sorts of repairs in an iphone.

Samsung tablet battery replacement, but home button didnt work when I came in to pick it up. They didnt notify me of the issue until I noticed the home button wasnt working. Left tablet to have them check issue. Havent heard anything
