Awesome awesome awesome experience. We rented two hard shell kayaks. Only place in town that I could find that had reasonable prices and also open on a Sunday. They went above and beyond by helping us secure the kayaks on top of our car. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

One of my best retail experiences of all time. I spent an hour browsing and picking the brain of very kind and knowledgable staff in this great local business. Great customer service with no pressure (even overheard them recommend a competing business to another customer for their best interest). Excellent product quality. I could have spent much longer there, and will be back to patronize them as often as possible.

LB Snow has become my go-to in Missoula for splitboard and paddling needs. They are always friendly, never push products, and are locally owned and operated. Great place to stop in even to say hi.

Nice staff with helpful information. Poor inventory selection. Only carried one brand of helmet and one brand of goggles. Made it difficult to try on items for proper fit.

I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were extremely proficient at tuning my skis and getting me ready for the season. I would definitely suggest taking your Ski and snow gear here for tune-ups and tweaking. They even went out of their way to try and help me get some older gear working.

Dave is such a solid dude. He has such passion for what he does and just wants other people to experience snow sports to the fullest. The whole staff there is super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and are just straight homies. I was looking to take advantage of my last day, August 14, in Missoula and the guys at HockeyWolf, local hockey gear store, sent me to LB Snow. They say timing is everything, right?! BOOM! Meet Gonzo, proprietor, and legendary bronco rider Tom Pateman! I was interested in renting a kayak, but the rental company probably wouldnt have appreciated me throwing it on top. However, Gonzo informs me Tuesday they have there community float & for a few $ and me agreeing to pick up trash along the river Id could hop along for the ride. Gonzo transported me and provided an inflatable kayak, which I believe any novice can control. With that, we picked up some trash and dropped in over in east Missoula. Turns out a normal Tuesday evening is real busy on the river. But on this night, 6-8:30PM, myself, Gonzo, Tom & Jason about had the river to ourselves. Great views and an easy float for anyone who wants a way to relax. Even had a 12 pack of PBRs to go with it. Lastly, I need of a good bite to eat, Gonzo sent me to Charlie B s where I had a great bowl of gumbolaya and a local beer. Thanks guys! What a way to conclude my trip in Missoula! & Tom, if you did actually take those photos, I still could use them! I wish you guys all the best!
