They take care of policy changes while you are on the phone and I usually have changes per season due to garaging non snow vehicles etc. It is done quickly and the temp.card is e-mailed to me immediately. Always great customer service with Randy Mitchell Allstate Insurance. I have had Allstate for many years and never had any negative issues. I had a lady run a red light and plow into me and total my vehicle. Thankfully I had fairly minor injuries considering the impact. Allstate covered my car rental and medical expenses before the other partys insurance kicked in. I have also found Allstate has the best prices for excellent coverage. I also love their DriveWise App that allows you to earn money back with safe driving. I highly recommend Randy Mitchell & Allstate.
