We have been with these guys for years. On a number of occasions I have been tempted by offers from other companies but whenever I check the numbers I find no one can beat the rate we are getting. They have always been helpful with questions and changes, especially for our business insurance, and when we have had claims everything went fine.

Rates for renters insurance were very similar to state farm and allstate. Decided to go with state farm, because these guys wanted to charge a 25$ new policy fee.I was told that all the insurance companies would do this... A lie? Not exactly, but State farm charged me $2.00 for setting up and paying online.I refuse to pay $23 (nearly 25% of the full year policy) for the Privilege of service.

Staff is very rude on the phone. I was treated very poorly when I brought in a used vehicle to ensure. One would think that with as much money as I spend on insurance, the customer service would be of a higher quality.
