The Service Tech was on time, did and incredible job, was very professional and left our house cleaner than he found it. Amazed at the amount of dirt/dust/dog hair that came out of our vents. House immediately smelled fresher. Would 100% reccomend.

Smart Service! I called with my own diagnosis of my furnace problem and my make/model information. Technician came out with the potential parts needed. Tony did an excellent job and was able to fix my furnace in one visit that took about one hour. I thought the bill was fairly priced. I could not be more pleased. Very friendly and professional customer service on the phone with the office and the technician in person.

I was really impressed with Air Quality Mechanical and Austins service and professionalism. We needed our AC serviced, and Austin did a great job and was respectful and normal. Their prices are reasonable and fair too. I will definitely use Air Quality Mechanical from now.

We had an emergency furnace repair that came up in the middle of one of the recent snowstorms. They were slammed of course and still found time to fit us in. The technician even had to come back with a new part but did it super fast. Very nice people and customer service as well.

Happy with my service from Air Quality Mechanical. I have had a couple of Furnace Tune Ups and my Dryer vent cleaned. Josh arrived on time and explained my dryer wasnt working well because the venting was bent and wasnt allowing good air flow. After he fixed it my dryer ran so well, it took less than 30 minutes to dry a whole load of towels! Great prices and service.

Very Deceptive Company and The Customer service in the office was extremely rude and not willing to make corrections. I had them here to fix my AC two summers in a row, each summer to refill the freon as it kept leaking off. I called them this last time to come confirm that yes, freon was low again, verifying that the valve was leaking. They sent their guy and he was in and out 30 mins TOPS! He done ZERO WORK. He verified yes freon was low again and that our valve needed replaced. He proceeds to tell me it will cost about $1200 to $1500. Next thing I know I get a bill for $201. I called to ask about it, the lady in the office says she will talk to the supervisor and that I would still have the service call charge either way and I heard nothing from them for MONTHS! Today I just received a Collections notice from this incident. Make sure to NEVER call these people to work on your Air or Furnace as it will cost you dearly.... even if they dont do any work! BTW I had my repair done by their competitors for a fraction of the cost. Call around Dont settle for Air Quality Mechanical....Your response to this is FALSE! I never received another bill as I would have called you again disputing it again. Also you never informed me it would cost $201 to send someone to my house to tell me that it was exactly what I told you it was. I would have never agreed to pay that. Seriously $201 for a 30 min service call and No work was even preformed. either way, as your office told me its out of your hands now that it is in collections. I will deal with them and tell everyone I know, especially the Veterans Community to avoid your company at all costs!

I wish there were 10 stars! Air Quality Mechanical has done my heating and cooling work for years. Recently my furnace stopped working. I called and within a few hours they were here. Fixed the problem fast and reasonably.If you want an honest and capable heating and air conditioning Air Quality is who you want.

I have litterally spoken to three different people multiple times about An issue I am having with my mechanical system at my house. Every single time they tell me they will look at the schedule and call me back and let me know when they can get out here and I have not gotten a call back yet. Worst customer service ever.

Very professional, excellent work and attention to detail!

This is a top notch company! It was negative 18 and I came home for lunch to find our furnace had stopped functioning. Josh came by within a couple hours of calling, diagnosed the issue (bad motherboard on my furnace), left to get the part and was back within 20 minutes to replace the board. All in all, the service call took about an hour! Josh also answered all my questions and talked me through the basics of how my furnace functions. Im very grateful for the professional and excellent service (and heat!) :)
