The Smile Shoppe is an excellent one stop shop for all your dental needs. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive to all their patients. They took appropriate precautions and I felt safe the entire time during my visit! I love this place and can honestly say that this has been my favorite dentist office thus far! Thank you to the staff! See you all in 6 months!

Going to the dentist is a pleasure. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. They give you the VIP treatment always. The Hygienist and Dentist are very knowledgeable. Any questions you might have about your dental health, they will inform you. They are extremely skillful and very professional. Their personalities are superb. Always cheerful and attentive to your needs. I recommend them highly.

I went here for the first time and was treated so well. They did a thorough exam and x rays and the cleaning in two steps. I was so pleased. The staff was real good and the doc. explained everything It was a very good experience.

I highly recommend this dentist office. They are all super nice, especially Ashley. I called for info on a tooth extraction and she was patient and explained everything in detail. Nothing is better than great customer service!

I love going to the dentist they always have appointments available for the times that I need and theyre very good with kids they let you stay with your kids the whole time and theyre very courteous and kind

I,am writing this review to warn other possible victims to the wrongful practice that is going on in this dental clinic. I seeked help for dental work in which I was greeted very professionally and was given a proposal and a quote for dental work in writing. I agreed to the quote and gave honest down payment and the balance was going to be financed through a company called Simple Pay. The work was started with a couple of fillings and some impressions. The day before my next scheduled appointment. I received a call from the dentist office that my dental quote was approved by a company called Simple pay finance but that the down payment required was that of double of what I was intially quoted. I was ask that I needed additional money down in order to proceed with my dental work. The explanation I received was a simple were sorry, but you need to give additional money in order to proceed. It is wrong for this dental office to quote a customer and hold them hostage for more that was not original agreed in writing. I then asked for a refund of my initial down payment. I was told I was not going to get a refund because there was lab fees that were due. Lab fees were also not explained to me other than the initial quote in writing that was given to me. Iam filing a complaint with the better business bureau of this dishonesty that is being practiced in this dental office. Sincerely Ricardo Diaz.
