Dr. Basti brought Dr. Huis dental practice earlier this year. My entire family and I were patients of Dr. Hui for a very long time and were very happy. Dr. Basti sold my wife on SureSmile Aligners for one of my kids on 7/24/21 and we put $1,500 as a down payment in July 2021. I LET 6 WEEKS GO BY and then called the office and spoke to Christa on 9/8/21 asking about the Aligners. She told me she would check into it and call me back. Well, Christa never called me back. So, I called on 9/14/21 and spoke to Christa again and she was clueless. I was upset at this point as she knew nothing. I was threatening to write a bad review and she took it as threatening to do harm. Again, CHRISTA is as inept as they come in human form. I am done with stupid people and a Dentist that trys to up-sell you every time you go in there. KEEP IN MIND THAT A LOT OF BUSINESSES HIRE ON-LINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO LOOK GOOD ON-LINE.

Dr. Basti brought Dr. Kouris dental practice earlier this year. My entire family and I were patients of Dr. Kouris for 20+ years. My daughters and I had our first visits with Dr. Basti during 2021, and all three of us were told we needed work done; that was an utter surprise based on our last dental visits with our old dentist, Dr. Kouris. We got second opinions and were told this work was not necessary. Very disappointed in Dr. Bastis operation, and our family has decided we cannot trust Dr. Basti and have moved to a different dentist.

I took my son into this place just before they closed, with a minor dental emergency. They were very kind and immediately helped us. Im definitely going to give them my business moving forward.

My lack of care for my mouth and teeth havent always been the best but when I need some MAJOR work done. My dad told me of Dr. Basti and how great he really was. I didnt have insurance and so I gave him a call because I need some emergency work done and they got me in that day. I was impressed by how nice and clean the office and the whole facility was(that was extremely important to me.) Not only that but everyone in the office from the reception to the dental assistants are extremely welcoming, caring and nice. My husband stumbled upon Dr. Bastis practice upon being unhappy with his treatment at another provider in the Medical Plaza. He suggested that I give them a try. He was my favorite dentist and remained so even as I got older and relocated for my work over the many years since. When I started seeing Dr. Basti for my dental work, I was struck by how much like Dr. Specht he was in his manner and care for me as a patient. His quality care is reflected in the staff that he has hired to support him in his office. He and his staff are competent but also caring and congenial. I cannot recommend him and this staff any more highly.

Be careful of the old BAIT and SWITCH! The online post claims $1999 for a full Invisalign treatment. I called and confirmed it covered everything. But when I arrived the doctor saw me two minutes and determined my situation was way to difficult so it would be around $5000 dollars and twenty trays not six. This despite the fact that I had Invisalign before and had lost my last retainers and my teeth were in much better shape than the first time I got a full treatment for 25 trays for less than $4000. I wonder how many patients have actually ever gotten the advertised price?
