I need to make a return and this hub was really convenient. I found the directions that Amazon provided to be rather vague, so I looked up the hub on Google Maps before I arrived. Technically the street you need to turn on into the Amazon complex is Obrero.There are signs that lead you all the way around the edge of the Amazon complex to the very back where the Hub Locker is located. Its very easy to see, labeled with several signs. There are some designated parking spots but parking was not too crowded around lunch mid week. Once I was inside, there was an attendant at the window ready to help me. A locker was located on the left and a small packing station on the right.All in all, the return process was a breeze. Looking forward to picking things up from here as well.

In the very recent past, the counter opened whenever and closed whenever. Posted hours were just a suggestion. Employees would take up all but two parking spaces near the door which were mysteriously being used despite the fact that no one was waiting inside the customer service area. The only positive were the employees inside when they were actually there to be of service.It looks like there are set hours between 9 and 5. Im going to give it a try one more time..

The Amazon driver Lauren Powell almost hit my car while parked by the target. I got her name because I went up to her and asked if she was okay.. she seemed like she was smoking Amazon apparently doesn’t care about their drivers being under the influence .

Just like clock work, everything is in order and you spend the least amount of time during your visit .it is set up perfectly as expected from Amazon .

The sign in front of the hub says their hours are 9 - 5, every day. I’ve been there twice between those hours and they are not open. And of all the hundreds of Amazon people milling about none of them know anything about it.

Great people, easy returns. I wish they had self drop off 24/7

It makes it more convenient to return stuff, but its a pain to drive over a gazillion speed bumps to get to the building, and it doesnt help that sometimes you arrive at 6:15pm and see a handwritten note sorry, we closed early today.

I dont know why Amazon forced me to use this location instead of Kohls. I live very close to Kohls, but Im more than 10 miles away from this location. Their hours are until 7 pm, but when I got here around 6:20, there were handwritten notes on the door that said they closed early today. Over 20 miles and 40 minutes wasted!

Closed at least 35 min before the end of announced closing time.

Code worked and my stuff was inside. What more can I ask for?

A little hard to find at first but an easy way to pick up and return 🥇

Staff is nice, but the layout is confusing.

Great Amazon hub

I ordered an item for same day delivery by 10pm to the hub. It arrived at 730pm. When I arrived I found out the hub closed at 7. Amazon needs to make sure same day deliveries are delivered while hubs are open.
