I called several pest control companies, Patti at Sentinel was the only one of five that took the time to ask me questions about the pests, and what we had done on our own to get rid of them, then educated me on the issue. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable! She told me about the chemicals they would use, all of which were safe for kids. She sent me an order confirmation for the next day, and a detailed email with a picture of the technician who would be coming to our home...Josh was the technician and he was equally friendly and professional! Their pricing was better than the others as well.
Awesome company, you cant go wrong. Patti and T-Ball are the best. We get a lot of spiders around the house and T-Ball does what he does best, kills them! My daughter is scared to death of the spiders and is always excited when T-Ball is coming to help keep her safe.
I was freaked out about my bug problem and Patti totally put my mind at ease during our first phone call. I’ve had 2 services so far and both technicians (Jon and TBall) were great! They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and also put my mind at ease when I vented about my bug problem. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been amazing and the cost is so reasonable!!! And they’re so accommodating – Patti sent her assistant to my house to pick up a spider I caught and she told me during our first phone call that I could send pictures of bugs to her cell phone and she would research them for me! I recommend Sentinel 100%!!
Sentinel Pest Management has been great to work with. A friend recommended them to us, and we have been very happy with their services. We live in a new development area, where ants and spiders are a problem in our backyards. Since we started using their services, these pests are basically nonexistent in our outdoors.T-Ball and Patti are punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We can text or email them with any questions we might have, and get an answer back quickly.We would highly recommend their services to anyone.
We have received excellent service from Sentinel Pest Mgt. Before finding them we had a constant battle with spiders and ants. UNSCRUPULOUS ACTIONS BY SENTINEL PEST MANAGEMENT!My first experience with Sentinel Pest Management was promising. They came out sprayed for ants and I paid in full (cash), as instructed by T-Bone. Sentinel does not accept credit cards from first-time clients.However, what occurred subsequent from this event has been a nightmare. Below is an outline of what occurred.1. 6/29/18: I received an email from Patti, informing me my next service is coming up2. 6/29/18: I immediately respond to Pattis email stating that I do not require service and I will contact them in the future if I require service3. 7/30/18: Sentinel contacts me informing me they will be in my area to perform the service that I cancelled on 6/29/18.4. 7/30/18 (date of alleged rendered service): I immediately text Patti and T-Bone informing them not to come to my residence as I do not require service. As per my request, no one services my house (I have security cameras and my backyard gate is kept locked). There were no intrusions onto my property per the security cameras.5. 9/4/18: I received an email from Patti stating my next service is coming up6. 9/4/18: Immediately, I response stating that I do not require service.7. 9/6/18: Sentinel contacts me stating they will be out in my area to perform service8. 9/6/18: Immediately, I text T-Bone and Patti to cancel service and contract. T-Bone confirms and wishes me the best.9. 12/14/18: I receive a letter in the mail from Konrad, Kirkland and Wynne, LLC, a collections agency, informing me that I owe Sentinel $75, which is legally demanded to be paid within 10-days. The letter also states that despite repeated requests from Sentinel the account remains unpaid.I have an Exceptional Credit Score, as such, receipt of this letter was a shock to me. I called Joseph at Sentinel to resolve the issue. He informed that a number of accounts were inadvertently sent to collections. Per Joseph, all of the accounts that were sent to KKW, LLC were cleared by Sentinel. However, no documentation was provided by Sentinel proving that this matter has been closed with KKW, LLC. Furthermore, this situation should have not occurred for two reasons:1. Sentinel did not provide any additional services at my house, which would constitute an outstanding balance.2. Sentinel never contact me regarding an outstanding balance on my account, as per the letter from KKW, LLC. If Sentinel had contacted me, this issue would have been resolved.Joseph informed me that Patti normally sends out an invoice for any balance due. Obviously, since no work was performed at my house, there was never an invoice emailed or mailed to me informing me of this alleged outstanding balance. Whether this occurred by error by Sentinel or was done intentionally, it is UNACCEPTABLE, for Sentinel to jeopardize a customers credit rating. Sentinel should have attempted to contact the customer prior to submitting any alleged outstanding balance to collections.At this point, all email and texts back-up have been provided to Joseph. I am anxiously waiting for written confirmation that this situation has been cleared in Sentinels A/R system and with the collections agency. I will be reporting this situation to the BBB.AVOID this Unscrupulous company.

I have used a few different pest control services over the years but Sentinel Pest Management is by far my favorite. I found T-ball & Patty shortly after Homefront was taken over by Terminix. I dont need to go into the reasons why I wont do business with Terminix but suffice it to say that the reasons were numerous. Since I started regular service with Sentinel a little over a year ago, I have been extremely satisfied. T-Ball and Patti provide outstanding customer service with a refreshing sense of humor. Best of all...my spider problem is now under control. You will love these guys!
