I had to give two stars because the tech was fantastic. The front desk woman, however, was extremely rude, dismissive, unhelpful and a down right see you next Tuesday. I was not given the right document to bring with me to the appointment by my own doctor and the woman was extremely reluctant to assist me. Luckily my doctors off has capable people who were very helpful. No reason to be rude to people lady.

I know that this place says Breast Care center, but Ive been coming here for almost two years for primary care. Ive seen both Dr. Lowell Kleinman and Dr. Ian Bare. Loved both of them because they took the time to get to know me and interact with me during numerous visits and check ups. Their availability to answer questions via the patient portal is especially useful and I typically get quick responses. So if youre looking for some primary care, give Dr. Bare a chance. Hes given me his attention and listened while smiling! His answers are concise and appreciate his solid direction and context. I leave with confidence that I was able to get my questions answered and that he has a memory of our visits. And I have yet to have any issues related to my breasts, so dont let the name of this place fool you. Also a big + that they have a personal lab on site for blood tests with rarely a wait. Big thumbs up in my 2 years and a dozen visits.

My mother went to this location for her yearly mammogram and was treated great by the front receptionist.(which is why in giving this location 2 stars)Unfortunately, the technician was very rude to my mother...making her feel very uncomfortable. Needs a more professional/caring person in that position.I will not be making any more appt. here.

Dr. Khan is really good and is taking care of me for the past year. Super professional and knowledgeable and good ethics will not prescribe you anything you dont need or anything like that.Office staff... Nice and all but one time I scheduled an appointment for a DMV physical and after showing up they check my vitals sat me in a room did a vision test and then the doctor told me once she walked in that they dont do DMV physicals and I felt like that wasted an hour of my time.

I cannot say enough good things about the memorial group. I am extremely happy to have found them after my move to OC

This group NO LONGER does mammograms, they have all my records from years back...but guess those are gone and their Google Info still states they do them...but they do NOT know how to get Google adjusted. Stay away.

Very unhappy with the kind of service my mom received. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful and most of all RACIST!!! My mom was not seen and will I not take her back. Need to get rid of employees with no customer service skills.
