GOOD ACRYLIC NAILS AND DESIGNS!!I accidentally asked for an appointment for gel when I wanted a full set of acrylics. I came in and even though they were busy they got me in super fast. I had the guy I don’t know his name but he was super good and helpful. Normally when I get a full set it takes like an hour and a half, but this guy it only took him around 45 min. He did the style just like I wanted, and never nicked me with the file drill. It was $55, not bad and super worth it. Also they’ve redone their whole place and it looks super nice!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had so painful, she jammed the cuticle tool/remover into my big toe and now it’s infected! Hurts so bad I can barelywalk on it. Poorly trained staff and an unclean environment beware.

They were very lovely ladies. My nails were done well and they even set a timer for your foot massage so you know they are massaging for the full 15 minutes.Also this is the second place in my life that has waxed my eyebrows the way I like. Highly recommend it.

Very brutal my daughter when there on friday and described her experience as brutal and rough they crucially scraped paint off her nails and cut her cuticles very short until she bled. Me and my wife are very disappointed and unsatisfied with this salon, we will not come back here or refer this place to anyone else we know

Went to get pedicure and came home with bleeding on both my big toes and a really horrible paint job with paint all over my cuticles. The lady was way too rough and don’t think I’ll be going back. I pointed it out to the manager and all they did was say sorry and get me some neosporin.

I may have gotten athletes feet after getting pedicure there a week ago. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t seem to cut nails or cuticles without hurting a bit; definitely not very friendly.

Terrible place, non stop talking, always offering to upgrade the service when I say thanks, they start talking and laughing in their language. The guy in the front is horrible, he keeps on insisting that I use gel, but my nails are in good shape, he wants me to use the gel polish to charge me extra. Last time the gal that did my manicure cut my cuticle in several fingers but in one of them it started bleeding, she then got a bottle of white stuff to put on the wound, it was hurting so bad. I thought itll go away in a couple of days but in 5 days it was swollen and hurting, when I went back to show him so that she doesnt do it to other customers, he started yelling at me and that he should ask his boss, I yelled back as he didnt have the decency with all the customers getting their nails done to treat me like this, specially with his poor English, I insisted he calls his boss. He said hell refund me the price of the manicure I insisted on the tip also, as I wouldnt tip an unprofessional gal like her, never again even that its practically behind my house.

I went here a few times but every time they would try to offer my all these extra services, just $5. And every time I would decline. On too many occasions, when theyd tell me the cost, they had added a $5 charge, saying I had said yes. After complaining, theyd tell me I didnt have to pay for it. I dont want the stress and hassle while Im trying to relax for my nail appointment. Convenient location but wont go back. Will drive further to get professional service.

They took my daughter last minute today as a walk in and did Acrylic nails for $30. She is happy with them and that makes it a good experience in my book. The place is big and a good place to take/leave your spouse, child or parent for 45min to an hour.

Its really rude and the actually scream and fight with each other very annoying, but good at what they do.

I have my nails done so many times at this place. Its just super clean and everyone is so friendly. I love their nail design the most, just tell them what you want and you would be surprised by what you get! Most of my friends and my familys members also go to this place regularly. This place is dirty. I came here as a last resort. The HAPPY NAILS in RSM was busy. I literally wanted to walk out. This establishment looks like it straight out of Compton... Im highly disappointed, not up to the standards of South Orange County.

I take my gal here all the time. We stopped in today just to get 2 nails fixed affordable fast friendly and we always run into someone else we know from the neighborhood.

Very nice man who answers phone & greets at check-in... and Susan very nice and does a great job on my eyebrows.

Everybody is very nice, they do a good job. Can usually get in right away without an appt - its a very large place.

My go to person is Mary, she is the best .The place is clean and inviting .

I went in for the first time hoping to relax and have my nails done. However, right off the bat I was greeted very unprofessionally and quite taken back. Kristen did my nails and presented the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. She repeatedly insisted my nails would only look good if they were long and then after cutting me so badly that it required super glue to close, claimed it was my fault.

I thought getting your nails done was suppose to be a relaxing time. I guess not when the workers are constantly trying to upsale you on packages you dont want. Then getting pissed if you dont upgrade and doing shotty work because you dont. Would not recommend this location.

Worst experience ever! Ive been coming here for the last 15 years. I noticed that over the past year that there has been a lot of turnover with the staff. The newer staff is horrible. Worst Ive ever had. Not only did they not listen to what I wanted after I told her time and time again thats not what I wanted she continued to do it. My nails looked horrible, they are misshaped, bubbled in some areas, flaired and not squared off like I asked. I asked for a pink and white fill because thats what Ive had and she gives me a clear fill and paints on the pink in white. I let her know over and over and over thats not what I want. Two hours later I just wanted to get out of there and went to the Mgr to let him know of the awful job I received and all he could say was ok. This is the worst nail salon with poor management and poorly trained staff. If you want nice looking nails stay clear of this place. And they also tried to over charge me on top of it all. Beware

If I could give zero stars I would. All I wanted was a pedicure with gel. It took only 15-20 mins and I was charged 42 dollars after I refused several upsell options I feel that she was not happy and began to work on me more agressively. The packages said 33 48 or 68 and I am wondering why my price was different.... I should not have tipped at all. I did not opt for anything besides gel and I thought she would scrub. I still have the same calluses I went in with. TERRIBLE Also she did not cure my gel nails long enough... They are sticky I am heading somewhere else to get them fixed. Dont come here.

Terribly disappointed. I felt very pushed to upgrade and upgrade ...that I kept saying no was like talking to a wall. Whats wrong with letting me relax?Poor pedicure - messy. I wont be going back to be hassled and still pay $45 for a bad pedicure.

Im never going back to this place they are so rude they pick and chose who does your nails i told them i was in a hurry and had a wedding to go to and they put me with a lady who was so slow and didnt know what she was doing then i asked the manager to please have someine else jump in and finish and so she did and she was angry and frustrated then she yells at me infront of all her customers you dont have to pay if you dont like your nails its fine just dont pay i was so embarassed and angry she finished fileing then puts the same slow girl back in chair to paint my nails ...It took 1 hr and 20 min for a freaking fill and 2 broken nails unbelievable i will never ever be going back to happy nails again

I come here all the time and literally spend a ton of money and still don’t get treated like anything I say matters. Customer service is HUGE and the male owner here is AWFUL .
