So glad CorePower is back. Their workouts are great and while there are fewer instructors, they all have been great. To get back in shape, I highly recommend the sculpt classes and adding some C2 to emphasize stretching and core strength. Good luck.

All the facilities are very clean and I love that you can bring any of your friends to come and workout with you, and try a week for free. Great marketing! Excellent instructors

Before today, I attended several yoga classes at this studio and it was a wonderful experience. I typically choose the 3:15 pm class – I loved the small class size and the time is perfect before my night shift as a Labor & Delivery nurse.Today was much different. The abrasive treatment I received from the Core Power staff was not only disappointing, but extremely unprofessional. After hitting traffic and attempting to call ahead, I entered the studio five minutes after our class started. I kindly explained my situation and only received a sharp, insensitive response from the front desk staff who turned me away.After this horrible experience, I will never return to this studio again. I would not recommend it to any friend or colleague and am completely let down by service and the unfriendliness of the staff.

CorePower studio in Mission Viejo is beautiful . You have one week free to try all the classes offered unlimited. The instructors are very informative, great customer service, & the studio is well maintained. There is no doubt you will have a great yoga experience.

I was so not a yoga type of girl before I tried CorePower Yoga... I tried multiple Yoga studios before, and just could not bring myself back to the mat after first or second attempts. I was bored and did not see the point of skipping gym time for it. Yet, CorePower Yoga studios and teachers finally made it happen for me! Nancy, from Laguna Hills, and SuLu from Mission Viejo, are two of the best yoga instructors I have ever experienced. They practice what they preach, with true passion to their practice and grace towards all attendees.

I have been coming to CPY MV on a near daily basis for over 2 years. I started off knowing absolutely nothing and now I literally cannot get enough of it.My original intention was to get some healthy activity in my life. After starting up a daily practice, I lost about 25 LBS pretty quickly. I have kept it off, but that is not the reason why I stay -- I stay because I have finally found something that can quiet my ADHD A Type Personality. Sounds impossible, but its true!I have taken every class they offer and find that I LOVE HPF, C2 and C3 the best. I am a regular here and know all the teachers and love them all. Great classes for the beginner or the advanced yogi alike.A side bonus too is that I can continue my practice on the road as well because there are CPY Studios all over the USA!I highly recommend.

CPY MV is Awesome!!! The availability of classes that meet my schedule makes practicing Yoga easy. You have the best instructors. They are warm, friendly, and engaging. I also like that many of the ladies are Reiki certified. It enhances the experience of each class.
