We purchased a home that had windows with bars through the middle. In one window, the bar had broken and sagged. It couldnt be fixed because the bar was between the two panes of glass. These guys came out immediately upon calling, gave me a great estimate, and replaced the old windows with new windows without bars. The eyesore is gone, my view improved, and it didnt cost a small fortune. These guys are great!

One of our windows had cracked. I called and had two people measuring my window that very same day. They ordered the window and installed it two weeks later. This company gave the very best service and installation from the initial phone call, ordering, and installation. I will use these guys every time and recommend them to everyone. It truly is a first-class operation.

Scott gave us a costly bid for over 60windows for apartments, installed. He inspected the property twice, and despite my concerns about the age of the building and type of windows we needed replaced, he assured me that his team had the skills and experience to install and trim out the windows to our satisfaction. After demoing out several windows, he asked my wife for a “change order” to trim and paint around them because it wasmore complicated than he thought it would be. She agreed under duress to pay the additional charges to get the windows trimmed properly. It ended up increasing materials and labor by over 9%. When I spoke to him about it, he would accept no responsibility for his mistake, he just said “sometimes we run into unforeseen circumstances”. This after claiming to have “seen it all” in his years of experience.I won’t do business with them again.

The worse company that we used, it took them 5 weeks to come and see what we need. Then they sent a quote and we decided to give them the job, I called Scott 5 times and he never returned my calls, I sent a few emails and never got any response, We will never call this company again and if there was a way to give them zero star, we would. Find someone else for your project and save yourself lots of time.
