On call has been great!! We did a last minute order for my daughters bridal shower and we were able to pick up the order of 12 chairs right away! The chairs were in great condition and made our party look so pretty! We dropped them off two days later and it was all super easy! Marcelo was super nice through our the entire process! As their name suggests, when you need it, they have it. It’s great they have multiple sights you can pickup and drop off. They deliver as well. They items were clean and looked beautiful. I used former company (Pacific) for an event years ago and called them last month to rent tables/chairs/cloths for my daughters engagement party over Labor Day weekend. Was forwarded to On Call Rentals and figured, okay, Ill give them a try. After all, my needs were pretty basic. Their on-line ordering was SUPER easy. Changing my order (lets be honest, I did that a lot) was simple. Their deposit method ($1.) convenient. I went to their LN location to check out the tablecloth colors in person, but it was totally unnecessary because the on-line pics were spot on. I thought I may want umbrellas and they offered to have the buttonhole sewn into the color of my choice since they werent readily available in my color. Their level of service and communication was a 10. I received reminder texts day before/day of pick up & delivery. Quick, courteous, efficient. After placing my order, I did a check of other companies (price, color, inventory choices) and Ill save you all the trouble...stick with On-Call for all your party rental needs. Frees you to only worry about everything else.

I had the best experience with on call event rentals.I rent a small amount of tables, chairs and stemware every Thanksgiving.Having used on call, I was treated like I was hosting an elaborate affair.Trisha was so delightful and informative in helping me with my order. We have used ON CALL events for a number of years. We have found them to be very reliable, ready with any help, info. etc. We have had large (several hundred) outdoor gatherings as well as small gatherings inside from 8 to 20 people. They have had a couple mishaps, but have corrected them right away! We would recommend them.

I was hosting a baby shower and just needed chairs and thought I’d use our local RSM rental company (they had horrible customer service)and so searched for another and am so glad I found On Call Rentals...they are very well run and so professional. They always followed up with text messages or emails, and like I said, I had rented only chairs but treated me like I had a large rental order. Their prices were reasonable too!!! I will definitely use them again and will refer them to family and friends!!!

Good prices, variety of rental options, quick to respond to quote request. I prefer email for tracking communication about rentals so once you get to that step (they usually want to talk on the phone first which is tough for me sometimes) they also have a good system for confirming reservations and accepting payment online and communicating via text messaging. Laguna Niguel pick up location is always quick and efficient.

Pros: Reserving for our event was easy and convenient. Trisha was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive to emails.Cons: quality and cleanliness of tables and chairs was extremely poor. The childrens chairs were extremely dirty and still covered in glitter from the previous event. The legs of the childrens chairs and tables were extremely beat up and in poor shape.
