Completely fixed all the issues from the other phone “repair” place I just went too. (Pressure on screen, a scratch, missing screws, etc.) Only took 10 minutes and was cheap. 10/10

First off, I have an iPhone 6 with a bent frame & it causes issues when I get the screen repaired. Your sales representative talked a bunch of smack on the previous repair services saying they used bad parts and that’s why my phone frame is bent which made no sense. He was just trying to sound smart, and then his repair resulted in the exact same problems as the other companies he was talking bad about, which would mean your company uses bad parts as well. I’m not saying the problem lies in your hands, I’m saying your representative should listen before talking trash on other companies. Also, I explained my issue in grave detail trying to make sure not to pay $100 to NOT have my problem solved. He assured me he could fix it and now the same problem has occurred meaning you didn’t deliver on your promise. You said by paying your service it would relieve the problem, which it did not, meaning your company lied to me and provided a service that did not solve my problem. My screen was not broken, but you charged me for a new screen, which stopped working several times before finally shutting down all together. Now I will never use your service again because I feel like after explaining everything in detail you said you could fix it and charged me for a service that did not remedy my problem, made it worse, and caused me to spend twice as much to have it fixed by another company. Your company sucks and I will never bring my phone here again and I will advice everyone else to go somewhere who won’t lie and take advantage of you. Biggest waste of time and money ever.

Joe and I bonded because we have the same first name but he complete fixed and IPhone X screen in less than 30 minutes. Not a bad deal. Cheapest I found around. 10/10 great customer service and an easy experience.
