Update: Court judgement in my favor. They’re appealing the verdict.Original review:The mechanic Eric is a nice young man but a terrible businessman who has criminal issues. Dealership prices for a Craigslist mechanic who wont preform. The mechanic, Went to jail more than once mid build with no attempt to notify clients until his release. Wrong tools for job caused additional damage costs. Had to borrow tools and gas money or slept on property. Required a loan to buy parts, several non returnable wrong parts, wasted items. Spent our money on other jobs delaying ours. Rebuilt manifold leaking (not actually rebuilt), valve stuck open destroyed hydraulic cylinder and damaged boom. Took manuals paperwork and hydraulic equipment, hasnt returned after many requests. Doesnt show up when says if at all. Save yourself some time, money, and headaches. I have to go the court route to get this resolved. Took a working komatsu pc28uu and made it non operational. Project in 2019-2020.Update, hydraulic equipment retrieved from Metro Fluid in Fullerton(they had several abandoned items from other jobs of Pinpoint Diagnostic, If your missing equipment from your build or Pinpoint Diagnostic is telling stories for months give them a call) only the parts books returned but no other shop manuals or paperwork.This is a family business.The positive reviews are Larry Brown (Eric’s Father) Donna Brown(Erics Mother) and Michelle Sommerhauser (Erics Partner) So save some stress, pass on pinpoint diagnostics and Brown family. It’s unfortunate but we have our date set for court.Pinpoint Diagnostic has the opportunity to respond to this review.

Very hard and dedicated. The volunteer work he has done for my group and its members has been very helpful and very thoughtful. Very skilled and resourceful young man whos help and assistance at a time of urgency was more important than he knows. Myself along with all the women in my MS group say thank you again for your help.

Great quality work. Would definitely recommend this young man again and again. Affordable service especially compared to the last shop I used for our forklift. Granted they were a large shop and that has its overhead to compensate for, but thats why Eric has been a perfect fit to do all our services, hes a one man show and doesnt have that overhead. He keeps things real simple, parts and labor quick and easy.

Very good mechanic, polite and sweet young man. Fixed our forklift really quickly. It was all done and ready the next day and needed multiple things done to the engine and fluids leaking everywhere. I believe it was the cylinder that he resealed. All I know is that it was leaking badly everywhere and after he got here and fixed it there hasnt been any leaks or problems and havent heard any complaints from my staff only good responses. So I am totally satisfied with his work and give him two thumbs up. Great job.
