Reasonable prices. Prompt and courteous technicians. Called in for a Mac hard drive issue, Jeff was very knowledgeable about my problem I had with the click of death. This is when your hard drive makes a clicking noise due to the sectors disc slamming into each other. This was a very descriptive way of letting me know what was going on with an unreadable external hard drive. OC computer techs have a clean room and cool tools to fix my issue. They physically removed the sectors/ mini discs and rearranged them so it would function again.

Extremely honest and again helpful in their services they offered.Great place to take your mac and pc problems to. My office hard drive crashed and they were very helpful in the recovery process.We are actually close by to their shop, however the nice gentleman Paul explained several options we had to deal with. A) Recovery takes approx 24-72 hours for basic data recovery. B) Deep data recovery will take about 7- 21 days. Luckily it was just a software issue on my own pc. I called other places that was moving towards deep data recovery.

Fast and reliable repairs! Mike came to our business and fixed the network router within the hour. He did not try to sell us new equipment like kevins computers did. Our whole real estate business depends on the internet and when its down we cant het emails. So happy to find an honest technician these days. Knowledgeable and reliable. Amazing Service, quick turn around on my crashed hard drive. My dell laptop had not booted up properly. Jeff and Mike Lee promptly directed me in the right direction. They actually cared and asked what was going on, versus me describing something I cannot comprehend and telling them what needs to be done, lol.They retrieved data off the bad sectors and restored it to my companys server right by the next day.

My Companys server went down this morning, a tech named Mike came by within 30 mins and looked at our network and configurations. He then quoted us only $99 for repairing and restoring the server back to its prior OS. He will be back later this afternoon. Good Job GUYS!!

Is this a legitimate business...I doubt it!! So, I was looking for a computer for my business and I came across one on Craigslist. It looked like it was a decent computer for a good price. Being leery of doing business with anybody on Craigslist I did a search on the web to see if they were a legit. Sure enough they had a webpage with the same computer for sale on it. I called the number and told the guy I was interested in a computer I saw on Craigslist. He asked me what number I was calling and immediately accused me of trying to scam him and hung up on me. He then called me back and when I tried to tell him that was no way to answer a business phone he hung up on me again. Are you kidding me!!! Ive never written a Yelp review in my life, but I felt compelled to write this one. Good luck with these guys, If they are a legitimate I doubt theyll ever get past doing business on Craigslist.

Great guys, just purchased a brand new custom gaming pc. It was an 8 core, amd FX 8320, with 240gb ssd and 1 TB HD for less than $500!. Woot, very experienced tech name Kyle helped me with my custom build. I was looking to play Fall out 4, as u geeks may know lol. This requires a lot of high res graphics, works smoothly!

RIPOFF, Pak Wong took my check for $350 and my computer, now he will not respond to my calls. BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
