Such a sad case. Bennie takes personal offence if you decide to go with some other vendor. Perhaps if he were a little more personable he would get more business. I am sorry that he goes to such extremes when he doesnt get the job he would get more business. Please be advised that if you talk to him about a job and then go with another vendor, the harassing phone calls will go on ad infinitum.
Ben is older, and stern but very good at his job. Hes been cleaning my carpets for years, and at a super reasonable price. Ill keep having him do what he does for many years to come
If I could give this man a negative star I would. I would give him negative 10 stars! I didnt get service from this man just to quote and he had the audacity to call me days after and tell me I have no class because I didnt decide to go with him then hangs up on me and blocked my number. A person like that will never have my business nor will his business expand, I have never experienced such unprofessional especially from someone I have never even obtained a service from. This old man is a joke.
I used Home Advisor to search for carpet cleaners in my local area, and I received phone calls from a number of different cleaning services including Ben from Carpet Masters. However, I decided to go with another carpet cleaning company. Since I had calls from a variety of companies seeking out my business, I didnt feel the need to call everyone back to decline their business. Thats not my job as a potential customer.Ben proceeded to call me again, which any good businessman would do. However, he left me a second message that was curt and unfriendly. As a potential customer I have the right to ignore this contact and chose not to call back, especially after his second unprofessional voicemail.I thought it was over, but Ben continued to call several times. After his first few calls, I decided to answer and let him know that I had chosen to go with a different company. This is where things went really bad. Ben felt that I had wronged him, and told me that I had no class because I chose not to return his call. No class! Who says that to a customer? To top it all off, when I tried explaining myself to him he immediately hung up on me. Perhaps, Ben needs to take his own advice and learn some class.If this is how Carpet Masters treats potential customers, I can only imagine how poorly they treat their actual customers.
Love how clean everything is now and didnt take much time. Support this local business for sure!
I cannot imagine using a company that robocalls you endlessly, on my business phone no less, and each time I push #1 to speak with them (they do not offer option #9 to not call again) to kindly request that they please stop calling, they abruptly hangup.To date, Ive never been able to talk to anyone. Theyre policy, seemingly, is to simply hangup.This is the sort of people who are doing business in our community. My only recourse is to report my experience with them.Eek! Methinks not.
Do Not use this guy!!! Ben is a Rude Old man that cursed me off because he came to my house without a truck mount when I had Specifically had asked him for one,he lied to me & I told him not to clean my carpet without one,then he cursed me off infront of my 8yr old!!!!!WTH?!!!!

They have been cleaning carpets for over 40 years and nobody does it better.
