I hope you dont use California iID. Heres a machine with a problem. It takes a long time to blow. Its also so easy to lock that you can only unlock it by going to the store (appointment required). The staff were very unfriendly. I hope you dont fall for it

Went above and beyond to help me with not just my calibration but helped me fix an issue i was having with my car that was a process but he did it to provide the best service possible. I would give 10 stars if i could.

Ryan installed my IID and gave easy instructions about the whole device, the do’s and Dont’s. Got locked out for some stupid reason, doesn’t involve drinking. Called the office and said I had to drive to Brea from Mission Viejo to get it unlocked. Called Ryan and luckily he was in the area to help me out. Thanks again!
