I called and left a message along with an online email message for them. Took over 24 hours before they emailed me back so I didnt end up using their service.

They came to my home and put in a new combination sprinkler and drip system. 2 weeks later 4 of the drip valves quite working.i called them repeatedly to come and fix it but they would not respond.

Called Michael yesterday and he was able to come by the next day to map out our sprinkler zones, make watering time recommendations, and repair multiple leaks. Michael is OUTSTANDING! My brother hired Mike for irrigation systems for construction projects and referred Mike to me. Mike and his team did a fantastic job on my private residence. My system was outdated and needed a ground up renovation. All lines and zones and valves were changed and modernized. Better water utilization and new materials took only a week to install and they did a great job. They even replanted and reseeded my front yard. Mike is responsive and is a man of his word. Excellent company to work with! Took care of our project replacing a retainer wall. This all had to be done manually due to no access for larger machinery. My friend referred Top Notch to me, I called them right away and they sent their man out that same day to give me an estimate, and the next day they repaired the sprinkler system and it works perfectly. I will call them again when I put in a drip system. I will never use any other company for my sprinkler repair or installation.

When I called Top Notch, they were prompt in responding, quickly came out and immediately gave me an estimate. Unfortunately, it was a bit higher than the others. But they were extremely professional.

This excellent and responsive small business converted several zones of my property to drip irrigation and installed the Rachio WiFi enabled controller in November 18. They were on time and very pleasant to deal with for this job.Four months later, when it was evident a zone was not working properly, they came out and quickly fixed the glitch without a service charge.Very pleased with this company.
