They start you out at a very low pay. They do not properly train new hires. They advertise saying room for advancement which there is none. You will not be recognized for your hard work. No incentives what so ever. Hostile work environment. Very unprofessional plant manager who does nothing but complain about employees to other employees, also shares personal info about employees with other employees. Instigates. Doesnt help staff at all. Yells at empoyees, threatens them with write ups and termination.does not follow company policies. Lots of attitude here. Lots. Does not drug test any new hires. The owners are stuck up they dont even try to get to know there employees.

Terrible atomsphere! The supervisors are literally no help even when they break you for lunch. Also the pay rate is lower than any other factory place I’ve worked.
