I needed to have my phone screen replaced. They had the part that was needed, they were quick to do the repairs, and the price was reasonable. Overall I am highly satisfied.

The customer service here is next level. I called to schedule an appointment to fix what I thought was a cracked phone screen. They got me scheduled the next day.Then, remembering I had insurance, I cancelled my appointment -- but they were so nice and accommodating throughout.As in they were so nice -- I decided I would pay extra to have my phone fixed through Batteries + Bulbs rather than my insurance company, who in contrast has some of the worst customer service.Turns out my phone case was just cracked, not my actual phone. So while I cant give them my money -- I wanted to at least give them this google review.If you have insurance on your phone -- dont even bother with the insurance company. Its a 2 week + wait time and awful customer service. Go here instead!

I will NEVER go to this place ever again!! They took two or three weeks to even get my screens in. They never called me when the stuff came in I had to call them! They put two screens on my phone and didnt even put the right screen on. Put a different screen on and tried to make it if switch broke the touch screen where it will never work again and punctured my battery. The assistant manager ROB wanted to yell at me and try to talk over me and no let me say what I have to say! very unprofessional. I will never go there again!!!!

Went to see about getting my cracked cell phone fixed as over commercials .but it would cost more to fix than get new phone.

Called Batteries Plus in Mishawaka and asked about a 194 bulb. The first gentleman I spoke to put me on hold while I was finishing up with a customer. Another gentleman picked up the phone and didnt even know how to say hello. After I finally took the initiative to ask him if he was there to help me he stated he could. I asked him about a 194 bulb. I told him it was the bulbs that look like flat on the end and they push straight in and theyre used in a lot of automotive application. He took a few seconds and said they are no longer available. When I went online to look up the 194 bulb I found that batteries plus carries them or can order them. Seems like they might need to train some of their people before they let them answer the phones.05/11/20 Talked to them.and ordered the bulb online. They helped me receive it even faster by ordering it online. Much better experience. From one star to five. Well done Batteries Plus! And thanks for reading your reviews.

I would not take my iPhone anywhere else. They are organized and efficient. They even made sure I made it back to work in time. I have used them twice because I am klutzy and both times I couldnt have been more pleased. They are warm and welcoming which is nice when under stress.

Went there because I bought a car(Ford focus) with one key, needed a second one and wanted to get rid of the mykey feature that was locked on my car. They cut me a new key and programed the key and reprogrammed the other key! Works great! Great service.

This is the easiest place to have a key replacement, especially chip and programmable car keys. Cheap compared to dealers prices and other locksmiths.

Batteries Pus Bulbs had an easy to use vehicle selection layout on their website, leaving no doubt that the vintage motorcycle battery I needed would fit properly. Their prices were competitive with online retailers, and their order online and pickup in store option made it more convenient. I selected, ordered, paid, and received my replacement battery and core charge refund within an hour.

Rude from the first moment. I walked in with a Lithium battery from a string trimmer. I dont know anything about rechargeable batteries, but you would have thought I ruined HIS battery because I dont know how to care for a battery. He kept saying I needed to care for a battery. (Like I was supposed to be caring for a puppy.)I did some more research. Li-ion batteries are only expected to last two to three years. If he had bothered to look at the battery, he may have noticed that it was 5 years old. His price was 50% more than I paid to Black and Decker for the replacement battery. I ordered it online on Tuesday and it delivered to my house Wednesday (free shipping was included in the price).

What started as an online cell phone battery purchase and pick-up at this store turned in to a most helpful conversation about what might be wrong with my phone in the first place. Because of their information I contacted the manufacturer directly and discovered the phone was covered under an extended warranty I knew nothing about and would be repaired at no charge. I called after having my car jumped, they were knowledgable and told me I could stop in for a free battery diagnostic and installation without an appointment. This was from awhile ago, but I found a very unusual music box. I knew it ran by a battery, but didnt have any idea on where it was, or even how to access it. I bought it in. I do wish I could remember the guys name who helped me. He was very patient, and figured out how to open this gem I found, and inserted the battery for me. At first I was upset because they wouldnt change my battery because it is inside my vehicle but after I changed it and it wasnt working the employee changed it with another new one and was very helpful. I also had to remind the worker of the mail in rebate but once I did he helped me fill out the card and made sure I was taken care of well.

Friendly and efficient battery installation. Same quality battery as elsewhere. Very nice that they test the old and new battery prior to installation and use a temporary charger so the electronics dont reset while the battery is unplugged.

Although not a discount store, just about any small battery can be found here. Theyre pretty nice about installing watch batteries as well.

Found the right battery at a great price, place order online and picked it up in less than one hour. This battery was for my motorcycle and was better than the OEM, as far as cold cranking amps and amp hours. Almost twice the rating at 2/3 the price. Knowledge crew, but very unhappy people. I work retail and deal with people all day and the past 2 times Ive been in here Patrick has greeted me and every guest with a big breath and a frown. The managers even seem unhappy. I walked in for a laptop charger, they didnt have it so they ordered me one from California. Got it in 5 days, it was the wrong one. When I went to return it the manager just shook his head and barely acknowledged me. I will never be back to this business.
