Spherion is the most terrible job temp agency. I have contacted other staffing agencies & they’ll call the following day.ASAP. Spherion employee Ashley Foreman contacted me 2 days later. Rude and snotty. I just wanted a new job. This place SUCKSSSSSS!!!!

My only experience with Spherion is a good one. They looked at my resume and placed me at a job that fit my background. Turned out to be a great fit! Ive been hired in and have been there for 5 years. I highly recommend going through them.

I went to a job fair at utlimaster where spherion does there hiring for and the job fair was nice which lead to a tour of the plant then afterward i went to spherion for a tool test as well as my onboarding and drug screen. Taylor out of Mishawaka was the one helping me and she did a great job!

Friendly and very helpful

Spherion posts jobs on indeed and career builder which are two of the best job search sites all the time and have signs all over for jobs that are hiring but when you call about them they tell you that someone will call you back and they never do plus the receptionist will not allow you to talk to whom you ask for. She just says she will pass along a message but nobody calls back. Spherion will not put you to work. Dont waste your time!

Worst experience ever!!!! They lady who had interviewed me told me that I had to provide my own background check, when as a staffing agency it should fall upon them to provide the said employer with that information. Ashley was just rude and disrespectful when I had asked why I should be the one to provide it

Terrible staffing agency. Havent gotten a single call back for any job and I applied almost a month ago. They have flyers taking about jobs they have available but they do absolutely NOTHING to reassure you of anything or even reach out to you. Ill never go back. If you need job placement hit ME up and Ill probably find you something faster than their recruiters. Try job boards like indeed or snagajob because Spherion pays their employees to waste time.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They do not mind answering questions and explaining things in detail for you. and most important, they work on getting you the job that you are interested in.

I think the company has plenty of opportunity for someone starting out trying to get back in the work force or for someone looking for a change of environment. Whatever the case may be.. I think they are the go to team. Thanks Spherion

First experience at Spherion was about 12 years ago and they sent me to DHL. I was hesitant to use a temp service because I went through Forge Staffing for about 3 years and never got hired in. I was even at one of the jobs for 1 1/2 years (so obviously I was a good employee) yet never once offered a job! I was a temp at DHL and then after 3 months they hired me in just like they said they would! I stayed at that job until they closed. I now am a temp at CTDI and I love it there! All of the places they send you are clean, legit and pay way better than all the jobs Forge sent me to! I DO recommend going through them if you actually want to get job offers as long as you are good employee!

My experience with Shherion so far has been a good one. They are very informative ion their job availability and trying to match you with the best job fit for the client. The people here are very understanding and patient with you . Im sure that I will enjoy working with them .

I began an assignment with Spherion and the company they assigned me to did not present me with a way to clock in and out for my shifts. I called the office twice during the week to make sure my hours would be entered and when it came time to receive my pay, nothing... Although they were extremely apologetic my options were to receive my pay 4 days late or on the next pay period! After waiting 2 weeks to receive a paycheck having to then wait several more days is very unacceptable. It was my neglect not getting names of those I spoke with, when I attempted to insure this wouldnt happen, however I m not comfortable putting my livelihood and ability to care for myself in the hands of a company that allows these kind of mistakes, and with no urgency to rectify them!

They sent my boyfriend out to UniFrax to work, he was sent home early on Monday, along with other guys, and called on Thursday and told him since he walked out on his job on Monday he was not needed at work anymore. Spherion would not even talk to him and ask him what happened. Not to mention when they called out to Unifrax to start him working, the supervisor asked was he mexican and when she told him no he is african american the supervisor said not to start him until Saturday when he was there....what the hell

Was told about a job two weeks ago and keep getting the runaround about it. Call and no one is helpful. After reading the comments it seems spherion only help white people so to anyone black and looking for a job find another source. This isnt the place to help you.

Spherion they company is very helpful with customers and very kind people and they love seeing others suceed and whats best for them the commucation is very respectful and I will love going down this path of success with them.

Most racist people I have ever dealt with they sent me home about some points that they fixed in the system and gave me on Martin Luther King day a couple days later my wife gets told not to come in to work cause they said that she point out mind you we are a two parent household with three boys that wants to work they basically control if they want you to keep the job that they send you on.
