Christian is very unprofessional and rude. Every window on my wife’s Volkswagen CC had bubbles in it. He “fixed” one and it still had bubbles in it and when I told my wife not to let this hack touch her car again and wrote a negative review on his Facebook he called both me and my wife a liar. I have pictures of the windows you can’t deny that. Then yelled and swore at me on the phone while giving me every excuse other than he’s just not good at what he does. Dude is a joke. Don’t waste your time on him

I have called and emailed this place so many times about trying to get my windows tinted. On their website they have a contact us, used that person said they don’t take appointments online. Called nobody picks up left a message and they don’t even bother to respond. Do you want the money or not? Like don’t know if these people are actually in business or not. Poor customer service, after trying for a year to get an appointment with this place TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I contacted Barbary Customs to receive window tinting services for my 2014 Nissan Altima exactly one year ago today, 4/1/2017. So far the tint has held up very well. My vehicle is noticeably cooler in the inside especially during the summer months. Services were professional, timely, and completed in under 2 hours. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would gladly do business with Barbary Customs again.

Would love to have actually considered getting a paint job here but when I called the guy was EXTREMELY rude, he kept on talking over me and wasn’t actually listening to what I wanted a quote on. All I wanted was a quote (estimation) and he told me that was impossible...when it has to be since people call businesses all the time for quotes when they are unable to take them into a shop directly at the time. I told him my car was at a repair shop and he got an attitude with me when I told him the shop doesn’t do paint jobs. I told him he needed to listen to what I was asking for and he continued to talk over me and becoming very aggressive. Affordable pricing only gets you so far when you have poor customer service I guess. I told him it didn’t sound like he wanted my business and then he said no I don’t and that was that. I have never been so frustrated getting a simple quote. BOTTOM LINE: VERY RUDE.

Took my summer car here for tint, got a reply and sounded professional over txt and in person so I paid using pay pal $450(friends and family, big mistake and my fault) which was kind of expensive but worth it if done right. Excuse after excuse and 5 days later car isnt finished, I paid full price and only got part of the job done. Come to find my car covered in snow and keys left in bbq grill joe was suppose to refund me $100 but nothing, not even a reply. Funny how that worksEdit: we have shady sht going on in our shop, but it doesnt have anything to do with us

High quality job, very satisfied, Christian was very accommodating and easily deserves five stars for his business. The job took a little longer than expected, but these guys are perfectionists and won’t let you leave until it’s absolutely done to the highest standard. I’ll be back again for any future work I need done, definitely worth the hour drive.

I have taken two car to this shop and each time I have been very satisfied with his work. Even when my tint was too dark for another state I called explained my issue and Barbary replaced my dark tint with a lighter one at no additional charge. I will be giving this shop some more business in the near future!

No people skills at all

I called the owner, asked for the darkest tint. He told me $180. I got my car done under the impression that I was getting the darkest tint possible. He did not put the darkest tint on and told me he would charge me $200 more to fix it. Fix something I thought I was already getting. He was very rude, and aggressive and I will not be back.

I had my windows tinted here and they did a great job. The price was extremely reasonable, too. The owner, Christian, is a very nice guy and super professional. Called the night before to confirm the appointment. Has a nice waiting room at his shop, but he had me in and out quick enough that I didnt really enjoy it. Planning to go back for some other work.

Christian was awesome. Does it all. Did my tint, decals, installed a custom cold air intake and got me the perfect wheels and tires. Awesome job, highly recommend.

I got my car tinted at Barbary customs. The tint job took hours longer then I was told. Every single window that was tinted has bubbles (7 windows if u count the quarter windows). The car I had windows tinted for is a car I only dont drive during the winter. I contacted Barbary customs when I realized how bad the bubbling was to see if it was too late to have him fix it and his response was very rude and disrespectful.

Looking to have car windows tinted.Christian walked me through the process, made an appointment for me, texted the address and photo of his shop with confirmation of appointment (great communication).Look very good, finished in about 3 hours. I waited in the customer area and worked.Christian is cordial, to the point, and get’s things done with quality.

The owner Christian gave me a quote over the phone and after having my wifes car recently done at Ziebart i did have a baseline price of what to expect.Christian personally installed my tint that exceeded my expectations for quality and the price he charged was significantly less than expected. His warranty/guarantee is equal to anyone else in the business.Christian is a small business owner who lives in the area so what you spend with him stays right here. As opposed to National Franchises whose money goes elsewhere.I will DEFINITELY be a returning customer as well as a recommend his business to others.

A+ Work

My tint keeps coming off this will be my 2nd time getting it done over, and very long wait times, no matter if you have an appointment. The owner is very nice, there’s an area to hangout in, it’s tidy, but he needs to get free WiFi or something due to the long waiting. There’s a tv, movies you can choose from (you just might watch the whole movie, no joke) and his service comes with lifetime guarantee! I gave 3 stars due to long wait times, owner really really needs to improve in that area, I’m really big on time, and if I have an appointment at 3 and it’s just tint and I’m not leaving the business until 7 that’s not cool!

Well I seen the Groupon advertisement for $130 tint job. Its seemed to be too good to be true. So I scoured the Internet for install reviews. I did find some on Facebook that made me feel more comfortable going there. After talking with him he told me that 20% tint was legal in Indiana. I have since found out he was incorrect it is 35%. I have lots of bubbles and imperfections on my drivers side window and small bubbles in the rear window in the other windows as well. The 20% was $50 more so it ended up costing me $180. Getting the windows corrected utilizing the (lifetime) warranty is rather difficult. Bottom line. You get what you pay for.
