Clean and stocked. Ive had mixed experiences with the groomers, it seems it just depends on the individual you get. The aquarium selection is more robust than Ive seen in past years.

Great experience and thats owed to the New Cashier guy who with his personality sets a good vibe. Hes upbeat, helpful and courteous all while multitasking. Shame on me for not checking the badge for his name but he cant be missed, because he totally stands out. Great job! 👍Stay awesome 👌😎

I enjoy that they have a large selection of cat items and foods. Other pet stores dont have nearly the amount of options as PetSmart. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because every single time Im here, there is a huge line to checkout.

I was there 15 minutes before closing and I knew the exact fish I wanted he actually denied me a fish because he said he was working on closing other things up. This is the only Petco where I haven’t been helped. Manager definitely wants to get home instead of staying before his store closes to help customers.

I ordered everything online from the link in my email, it was supposed to give me 20% off, but it did not. The good part was when I went to the store I walked in stood at the pickup order and somebody came took my order number and carried the stuff to my car it was really fast.

Store looked well stocked and organized. I quickly found what I needed and there were multiple registers free of customers to choose from. In and out in a flash

Justin groomed my 3 dogs and did an outstanding job! 1 of them was quite matted because we were road tripping for the last 3 months & I didnt brush her as often as I should have but Justin got out the kinks without shaving her. All my fur babies came back clean and happy!

When I was there 2 days ago the line was sooo long and there were 3 checkout stands open with cashiers.I like this store and the cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable.Im not sure why the line was backed up to the on-site hospital.

They have a good variety of products, although there have been a few occasions when they were out of the specific items we needed. The salespeople and cashiers are friendly. They also will price match, which has saved us a lot of money. I also took one of my cats to the Banfield Pet Hospital because my vet was booked solid. People there were very nice. Overall, we are satisfied with this store. 😸👍

Always a busy PetSmart location but you can find a great variety of food options especially for dogs. Including a refrigated options. The have grooming and training available as well. Overall a good pet store.

My usual PetSmart: usually great service except for getting crickets and fish. Those departments usually are hard pressed for employees. Aside from that little hiccup, great all around store.

Not happy. Second time Ive called to see if they have a pet. Drove 45 min to get it and it was gone. And no it wasnt sold wild I was driving to get there. The lady said it sold in the morning. I got there at 6.

Super easy pick up. The confirmation has all the information needed to make a quick transaction. Have an ID ready when picking up an online order or curbside pick up and a screenshot of your confirmation and everything will be super fast.

Now my new favorite pet store. It is 10 minutes further away from 2 other pet stores next to me. This one has 3xs the selection!

The staff should be taught when a customer buys 15 cans of pet food that one thin bag is not going to be sufficient. I asked the girl with the blue hair to double bag please, she ignored me and the bag was weak and difficult to carry.

This store has more selections compared to the nearby competitor petstore just down the road. Also, there are more employees bustling around to ask for help if needed or to answer any of your questions. My family just started a new Glofish aquarium to entertain our cats, and the people who work here definitely helped me out and more!

I came into pet smart for the treat. The freebie guy for my baby..and got told ahe didnt know what i was talking about...we left very disappointed ...come to find out they did have that promo but they didnt have it at that store...someone got to speak to management...they should all follow suit..

I really like this PetSmart. I have a fish and a guinea pig, so Im here a lot. The associates are always nice and helpful, and have helped me create a nice little aquarium for my fish. Love the rewards program as well!

The Eastvale Team as a whole are great. But my fur babies love the grooming team. Lia is amazing. She has handled both of my dogs - Azlan and Tinker Belle, and they come out looking great.. Everyone is courteous, professional and most of all are fabulous with my fur babies. I can always count on Eastvale to help me with what I need. Thank you !

I ALWAYS take my Shih Tzu here for grooming. ASK FOR JESSICA in the Animals Salon. SHE is not only really sweet. But, my little dog never gets stressed out - shaking - with Jessica. Shes attentive. Skilled, ETC. 10*s!!

I took my Maltipoo Mila to ASHLEY at this location since its closer to home then the Redlands Location.BIG MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!!!!Those additional miles are worth the service Kudos to Trey. They gave me a call to pick up my baby but she was not done they left her half trimmed form her back and face it was Horrible. When i arrived to pick her up there was a mess on the floor. As i was walking out all the worker and customer were asking what was wrong with my dog since her hair was half down it was so embarrassing. The workers just said sorry something that the grooms did not do. All they said was Unfortunately WE cant finish her so you should take her to Redlands, they didnt even APOLOGIZE. Like WOW you cant do the job, why work there !!!!!!! . Now I have to take my baby to Redlands since they couldnt finish the job .Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here nor your money !!

I was planning to buy a guinea pig and it was my mistake of getting a $103 cage. it was so small my sisters hamster had a bigger cage. please dont buy petsmart guinea pig cages.

I realize every store is opening with new restrictions due to covid 19. But when you walk into the store and see a line of at least 30 people and one cashier is open you have to wonder what’s wrong here. I asked why is there not another register open their reasoning was social distancing!! While the line of people started from the front of the store to the back. This was a joke. Some people were just there to pick up their dog from the groomers and had to stand in that ridiculous line

Great selection and service, though they could stand to open a few more cashier stations as the lines can get long. The grooming salon generally does a pretty good job, though I had to bring my dog back to remove knots in her fur that were not addressed during her stay there.

Frustrated! Disappointed!The new bather and the salon manger have no respect for customer at all.Have been coming this salon for awhile for my dog. Noticing the change of the groomer. We are fine with the stylist before. My dog was scheduled with new bather name Quincy today. When we were there they said they cant bath her because some mat! I have my dog for 10years. I would know if she is matted or not. Instead of a bath appointment they ask me to reschedule for another day for groom appointment. Anyway, I wasted my whole morning to bring my dog in for nothing. I feel very frustrated and disappointed with the new salon manger.

PetSmart is where I buy my dogs their food. They have great prices. The staff is extremely helpful and even more friendly. I absolutely love PetSmart. Their rewards program is great too. I highly recommend PetSmart for all of your pet needs not just food.

I had to buy worms for Bearded Dragon. I not only was shown where they were, I was educated on size and how to feed. I was shown crickets too. Clerk was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Checking out was the same, clerk wad the best. I always enjoy Petsmart in EASTVALE😉

Terrible Customer Service!!!! We called to ask if they do cremations for pets because our dog just passed away. They were absolutely not helpful or sympathetic towards us losing our fur baby. We will never go there EVER!!!!!

The store is close to everything, but the parking lot is tough. I normally do my shopping online and pick up in store. They used to offer a 5% discount, but they havent been applying it lately. Also, for some reason, they didnt have any Authority canned dog food for 2 weeks.

With 7 cats, I need supplies and this is where I get them. The staff is always amazing, the prices are great and as a Pet Perks member, I save even more, so, thank you, PetSmart!

Their display tanks are God awful looking and algae filled, not to mention so many water stains on them like give them a wipe, geez. Way too much neglect with the aquatics environment last week. Some girl that works there had the most difficult time netting the fish i purchased and could not place them on the container without picking at the net with the fish to turn it over. Get me someone that is actually conscious of fish well being.🙄 Turns out 3 of the 4 i purchased perished (they were acclimated prior for my 3 yr 30 gal tank). Then my khuli loach of 3 years suddenly perished along with a platinun moscow guppy of mine. I purchased sick fish even though they seemed fine. This store needs to up their aquatics department.

This is our local shop for all things animal. We purchase our dog food here and had a great experience last time when the lady at the register used a coupon for 50% off our dog food brand. she also gave us an extra coupon for later use! definitely helpful and the workers there always have a smile on their face. the products can be a bit pricey, but theres always items on sale, so keep your eyes peeled for those.
