Juan in the office was very polite and professional. I wish I could say the same for the female that sits at the left rear desk she was moody and snappy short fused she needs to be trained how to deal with the public !!

I have a backhaul appointment over here, Its okay, the yard dog is super rude, its my first time here, and i have no idea where to drop my empty so i just drop it on an open spot, instead of telling me to move it, the yard dog just making aggressive gesture and uncomfortably staring at me the whole time i am there, man, just tell me to move it and Ill move it, just plain rude. Office staff is quick though, other than that, its whatever, drop and hook so minimum waiting time.
