Store looked great. Unfortunately only one registered open at the main checkout and the self checkout was closed. 5 people waiting so I walked to the lumber register and there was no waiting. The cashier actually stepped into view of the main aisle several times to let everyone know there was no waiting. Because of this service its 5 stars from me.

A bit slow gathering stuff for pickup from an online order, but they helped pull everything fairly quickly once I had arrived. Friendly staff, clean large store with good inventory. Will shop this location again in the future.

On 6-22-21 at 6:50 PM I called the Lowes in Jurupa Valley to find out if their wood cutting machine was functioning. I called 4 times and was on the phone holding for a total of 30 plus minutes. The associate who answered appeared to not know what she was doing. I kept getting placed on hold and getting hung up on. I called 4 different times and they either would not answer or could not tell me if it was working or not. I simply went to home depot. If you guys record the lines review the calls. RIDICULOUS!

This location is a disaster. Tried to buy a refridgerator yesterday and got the run around from Ralph...the only guy in appliances, about price matching. He said they wouldnt price match promotions and claimed the sale price from Home Depot and Best Buy were considered promotions. Interestingly...LG had the refridgerator listed on their website at the sale price too. Seems like this Lowes and Ralph were just looking to stick it to their customers. Ralph wasted my time for an hour, claiming he couldnt find the refridgerator that I was told was in the back. He slso claimed the Manager was at lunch and the Asst. Manager was busy. I also mentioned Im a Veteran and Im fairly certain they didnt want to honor their Veteran discount either. So, I left and gave my $4,000 to Best Buy and Ive attached the receipt to prove it. Lowes takes the L big time! So much for honoring Veterans!

As always very limited poor selection of tools overpriced and not what I need. Long nose pliers one selection only absolutely not acceptable. Unbelievable that they cannot keep at least a competing brand in stock. Seems to be by design have not selection making sure I always pay the higher cost rather than find value in another brand

Zero customer service, found what I needed and the young lady that was working at self check out was great, she helped me get my veterans discount. Had like five employees walk past me and not even one word.

Lowes pro plumbing staff walked me thru a shower door replacement and took care of my order quickly and efficiently !

Pretty good selection. Way too many open boxes.Now theyre charging for paper bags....Spent $600 on a cart full of cardboard boxed items, yet had to pay $.10 for a bag for small items. We have lost our collective minds.

Recently went to Lowes to pick an order that I placed online that same day. They have only a few parking spots designated for curbside pick, but my experience was actually quick and easy. I called the store after parking and the representative answered right away. After a few minutes passed, the representative came out with my order and was super friendly.

Never can find someone to assist locating items. UNDERSTAFFED!!

This is my favorite Lowes to visit. The store is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have more items a home owner is looking for is stock than Home Depot. They also provide the option to receive your receipt by email, which is very helpful for recorded keeping.

Wonderful staff waiting and ready to help!! When the young man didnt know the answer to my question he said hed ask and jogged off and returned about 30 seconds later with an answer. Great prices, too. I was impressed.

Went in to buy some patio furniture. Could not get an associate to help. Went to ask at desk and they paged someone. 3 times. No one ever came. Walked out and went over to their competitors to make my purchase.

Friendly staff, quick to ask if I needed help. Clean stations and no chin strap mask by the employees I saw.

One of my first places I visited upon moving into this area, appreciate them providing us Vets a military discount and the staff is always extremely helpful.

Its a Lowes Home Improvement Store. They have the stuff you need ... No frills average service unfortunately it always seems dark and poorly lite. In turn making it kinda creepy especially since thw chicken coup murders took place not even a mile from the store. The whole Pats Ranch road area is creepy. Just saying.

Masks encouraged but not required. Went for some marked down plants and flowers and was not disappointed. Was able to get some great deals and the checkout was not complicated. Lines went fast and the employees i encountered were all helpful. As far as the garden center, this one is more organized and has a larger selection than the riverside one on magnolia.

This store is always nice to look at a variety of things. Plus, its pet friendly! Great for training dogs and training my service dog!

Some of the early morning cashiers are the sweetest people to interact with so they really are the saving grace for this store. But I had a bad experience with customer service where they were actually the worst, so I doubt Ill be going back

Went to get paint on 7-6-21 around 7pm. Waited at the paint desk at least 30 minutes and customer service overhead called for assistance 4 times and no one ever came and they gave no explanation. Ridiculous.

The staff were not very helpful when I asked for a product. I asked eight different employees for help. All of them said, if its not there, then its out of stock. Long story short, I asked for them to look in the computer to see what inventory showed. It showed seven on hand. The male asked the female employee where the items are if he couldnt find it, oh the computers probably wrong. Great service, right? A coincidence was, all of them were in their early 20s. Btw, employees walked by without saying hello.

Extreme bad customer service. Lost three hours and at the end no match paint. This is why corporates go bankrupt. Employees are out of control.

Been a customer for 12 years, and was just released from this incompetent place over a $50 item that has yet to be delivered to the store for pickup. The automated email system and customer service is horrible. Keep getting the its the supplier and we will contact you tomorrow on the progress. 2 months I have waited, been to the store 3 times and have never had an email answered from Amanda that is on the pickup team. Back to the crowd @ Home depot which seems to be busy for a reason.
