Costco is always good when it comes to unloading trucks as usual. As long as You make it on time for your delivery, theyll get You in and out with your delivery receipt on your hand in less than two hours. I was there on 9/21/21 for a delivery, and as I mentioned, I was in and out in less than two hours. Thank You and keep up the good work.

Its ok... first they direct you inside to park at the right staging area...I was 30 min early at the shack to get a door... than said cant get me a door till 15min till appointment :( really ok ...otherwise good system, plenty docking room...

People write reviews for these DCs? Sure why not, out bound reefers check out at P-5 from a mini-container with a ac unit sticking out of it. Plenty of space, which was really nice. Hope yall find your trailer

Im a truck driver, Live unload average time 1.5 hrs wait time, thats pretty good .plenty of room to navigate around. Easy in and out .no waiting for paperwork.

Its a gamble to deliver here. Some days your good and others you aint. Most of the time you get a lazy un loader and you take hours here. Even with appointment. They take their time

Very huge DC. A lot of space to maneuver around. Check in at the gate. Then park on the right side and walk to the tent. Here you will receive a dock and a pager. Pager will ring and let you know when to park at dock. Cut seal and park at the dock and wait in a truck. After unloading pager will ring and instruct you to leave. Go to the exit in a respective lane (A or B). Here you will return the pager and they sign the paper. A bit slow unloading but its all systematic. Overall experience is good.

Gave it 3 stars cause I just dropped off a trailer and left. But man oh man this place was wild!!! Soooooo many trucks and folks showing up from all over and again just.....WILD!!!

Good experience overall. Easy procedures: get in left lane at guard shack, check in with mask on, get paperwork back with pager, go right toward your assigned dock (perishable and dry are two different buildings), pull up into space in front of your dock (dont park in front of the dock, the a** yard driver will lay on the horn to make you move your truck), open doors and back, wait for pager to go off, then leave the dock with doors open, back to guard shack, give pager and paperwork back to the guard, will be given paperwork back along with the Costco sticker, pull up to the left pull off to close the doors then leave. Can park on Riverside Drive, along the north side of the road.

I have delivered to Costco distribution centers regularly for the past 3 years. Mira Lomas DC is very good. They get you in and out quickly without any hassle.

This place is a cluster you know what and if youve been there you know but overall, for the amount of truck traffic thats in and out of the place, they had me in and out within 2 hours! You can park along the road leading up to the place and theres a Flying J around the corner and a Farmer Boys to eat at if you arrive early and need food.

Super fast appointment on time. Make sure you are 15-30 minutes early if you want quality service here. Dont be late!

Lines for intake can get long and slow but they do their best to get everyone a dock quickly.

They got me unloaded QUICK!! Plus, its super easy to get into the dock and to enter and exit the place and the Ontario TA is just five miles away. However they DO NOT unload early. I learned that the hard way haha

They were great. Usually they are very punctual about appointment times. But we were assigned to a load after its pick up time (10:30 am) and we didnt pick up and leave shipper till 5 pm. Which put us behind. Then we got a flat... life happens, and the tech at loves was the slowest ever. So our appointment time here was supposed to be 3:30 am. We arrived at 10:30 am and they still took us. They had us assigned, unloaded, and out within an hour. They were great to work with!!

Costco should run the grocery world. Always 45 minutes in and out. No lumpers. Just efficient.

This place is a cluster f. I stopped at the gate at the stop sign to get yelled at to follow the other trucks did that parked and walk to receiving only to be told walk to the other side of the parking lot to an unlabeled trailer to check in. Given a door and buzzer told to open the trailer doors and back in. While doing this the buzzer is constantly going off.

If you’re late don’t bother. If you’re coming from I-10 WB you’ll have about an hour stuck in traffic before the scale House and the Morongo Casino. They’re doing construction and divided the lanes one express lane and three local but it’s really just one lane. Take the express lane.

Be careful as they are not always careful with unloading freight and they will ship back their mistakes. Plan accordingly and make sure to have a backup plan.

Got here at 5:30am for a 5:45am appointment. Checked in after standing in a very long line of drivers at 6:10am. Got in the door at 6:17am. Lumpers didnt get started to unload until 8:30am. 2 hours of just sitting here at the door. This place knows how to drain a clock. Who knows when I will actually leave here. They have successfully taken enough hours to make sure I wont make it home for new years.Only plus is they have a big yard to maneuver.

They work strictly by appointment time only the only allow you to come in 30 minutes before your scheduled time but they are very efficient and quick they would get you in-and-out in under one hour

Very nice efficient friendly staff. Very poor parking situation out on the street. Plus very difficult to get into and out of docks. Too many dropped trailers taking up space badly needed for safe maneuvering by drivers delivering.

Very good place to Make deliveries.Instructions:1)Arrive to the Main gate 15 minutes before your appointment2) Park your truck3) Walk to the small kiosk and Bring appointments documents4)You will get an electronic device. It will vibrate and Buzz to show your dock Number5)After they have finished unloading you, go to the exit with open doors if you can. They check inside your trailer before you leave.6) At the exit Gate: Take Line A if you had a Dry Load.Or take Line B if you had a wet load (reefer)7) Return the electronic Device and They will give you a big sticker, which is your Proof of Delivery (POD)

Fast less than 1 hour to unload

This place is not open 24 hours. This place is closed on a Saturday evening. You gotta wait till 3 am to enter. The security guard cant answer a simple question if its the distribution center. Lazy as hell.

I spent 5h to get empty but no lumper fee and easy

Decent unloading time. Very strict on appt time but that’s Costco period. Can only arrive 30mins prior to scheduled appt. There’s usually a window time and all trucks start to roll in at once. You gotta park and walk to a small guard shack to check in. They’ll give you a pager and it will go off when door is assigned, and when unloading is completed.

Very smooth operating process. Can get super congested at times.

I waited 30 minutes to get through guard shack, park in staging and walk back to guard shack to get a door which was a 45 minute wait. Backed right into door, still waiting to get 6 pallets off. Gave them four stars for off road parking across the street and friendly service at shack and helpful attendant while parking.

For a big place like this, this is the most disorganized & inadequate place I have been at so far in my seven years of driving. This place compares to HEB down in Texas. For example I finally get through the gate, they would let me in one hour before. Heavens sake no, not even one hour before, say it isnt so. Then when I finally get in and they get me a door, then theirs a trailer in it. There isnt any trailers in any of the doors next to it, just mine. Tell me if I dont feel like I am getting punked!... This place does things differently every time I come down here. They dont do things the same from one week to another, they would never survive in the military I can tell you right now... And furthermore the plant in Tracy, CA has got this place beat *****....

Costco, what can you say? They set the bar all other DCs should model. Quick and efficient.

I can’t complain about anything. I was 90 minutes late, and they still got me a door immediately, and had me out of there in an hour.

Been here about 100 times, but lately they have been taking their time. Always arrive 30 minutes early because that’s the earliest they’ll take you, I get 2nd assigned, which means someone is at your current door and will have to wait until they unload them before you can back in. Lots of space here so no problem parking but they will usually take about 2 hours to unload the truck currently at the door and then 2 hours for you to be unloaded. The last few times I have been here it’s averaged about 4:30 hrs total from arrival to departure. Now if you get here early in the morning, say around 3:30am then they’ll usually get you out within 1-1.5 hrs, this also varies between dry van and reefer loads, I only do dry van so won’t comment on the reefer side.

Give them the vaccine to distribute. HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY DISTRIBUTION CENTER AS WELL ORGANIZED AND COMPLETE. THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!!!!! Weve been to many/most distribution places ie Walmart, Sams, different grocery chains,etc and NOONE HAS ANYTHING ON COSTCO!!!!!

The staff here are very nice. This place is huge and it looks to be a well oiled operation. The 1 million square food building I interviewed in was very clean and organized.

It dont get better than this. Very easy unload . 30min in and out . Huge facility and you can park off to the side of the street as long as you like and not get bothered. I wish they were all like this place. Jasko

Got in and out of there quick.

Arrived at 8:40 for 9:15 appointment. Received second assignment for dock door. Got into dock at 9:35 and was unloaded and out the gate by 10:15. This place would get an extra star if they allowed overnight parking, but I understand why they dont.

Completely disorganized and slow. Wouldnt let me check in before 30 minutes before my appointment time. Then had me sitting to wait for 4 hours for a door. 6 hours later im still being held hostage here. This place is a bad joke. Just destroying my clock. Not to mention the little yard dog losers are some of the worst Ive dealt with in a while. Attitudy little boys.

Taking really long time to unloaded me it happen several times already this place is getting really slow. They changed my appointment it was 4:15am when i check in they told me that my appointment was change to 10:15am. 1:30pm and am still waiting in the door.

+-30 min appoint. time. Check in at gate. Go to door. Park in front of it if taken. Unload. Watch light or buzzer. Collect paperwork at gate. Watch the pager they give you, sometimes they will page you different door than you got at the gate. Bye!!!

Well organized

Got here 30 minutes early.. check in at tent they will give you a pager proceed to assigned door when pager goes off. Did not have to wait long maybe 5 min for a door got backed in and immediately started my offload. Great job Costco thanks for making it so easy to get in and get out. PS dont close your doors till at the guard shack

This Costco Distribution allows a window time of 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after appointment times. Speaking with other drivers, I get the idea that detention pay is the main culprit for this... listen I dont want something for nothing, you can keep your detention pay, just unload me... Within a reasonable time and let me get in an hour or two before my appointment time, so that I I can get to my next pick & drop. Help me help you keep trucking & earning... Turn & Burn 🔥

Wasnt so good for me, checked, 30 minutes early, assigned a dock right away, but didnt get into a dock for 3 hours, when the beeper went off and told me to go to a different dock. Took two and half hours to get unloaded. Total time in and out gate was 6 hours. It is a big and clean facility, seems well organized, just slow.

Always had a pleasant experience at Mira Loma distribution center. People working here are nice, friendly and always helpful. Just follow the companys yard rule, all will go smoothly. Fast receiving, I am always in and out within 90 minutes.

Ill give them 5 stars because they were quick unloading my 20 pallets that didnt require any break down. Leaving is a different story. It was 45 minutes to get back to the gate as there are 5 lines of trucks to merge into two and thats a bit tedious. They do have yard man sort of directing traffic, but as is usual, there are those that need to be me first.

Very bad service took me more than 5 hours for unloading don’t want to come back here 👎👎👎
