So they opened at 9 and there was already a line at the door, they said 45 minutes so we decided to just wait. Came back 45 minutes later and there were still 3 people in front of us. Meanwhile there were two other stylists just standing around and only one person cutting hair. Finally at 1020 we were called in. Still only one person cutting hair and several people waiting while the other two literally didnt say anything or explain why they werent helping. Its Sunday and peoples time is valuable so probably should get some assistance for the weekends or maybe dont open until you get additional help. By the way the poor stylist cutting hair is a rockstar and she should be the manager. Hopefully neither of the other two doing nothing were otherwise I would look at getting new management!

It was pretty damn AMAZING! Haircut was on point! Staff is SUPER friendly, communicative, polite, gentle, professional and last but not least SEXY in a classy way! It was my first haircut there so I was offered this special package that included a scalp massage, should massage and shampoo. lol Let me tell you...I’ve never had some hot chick “Jessica” shampoo my hair or massage my scalp. It was honestly a awesome experience. Made me feeling guilty that I hadn’t bought her dinner first! DEFINITELY A GREAT PLACE! 1000% recommended.

Had no Idea we had a Sport Clips out here! My stylist cut my hair perfectly. I really appreciated how she wasnt in a rush and took the time to make sure the job was done right. And the MVP package is an absolute must for afterwards. I just love Sport Clips

Lets start with the check-in procedure first. I brought my two kids in person to get haircuts but you must check in on the app. (Due to COVID restrictions, maybe?) The sign outside lets you know this up front so I downloaded the app.Next, lets talk about the wait. It was a Saturday and the app said there was a 125-minute wait. I went in and asked if that was the actual wait and they told me yes. I asked if we waited and the people who reserved ahead of us did not show up, could we take their slot like they do at other establishments? They said no, absolutely not. I asked, so what if they never show up? I was told, they always show up. Fine. Whatever.Now, let me explain what bothered me. We went shopping and looked around at all the local stores. After 125 minutes, I went in to let them know we were there. This older gentleman came in while we waited. They asked him if he checked in online and he said no, he didnt know how to. So they checked him in regardless and told him he would be next. WHAT? Do you know how hard it is to entertain elementary children for 125 minutes at Ross Dress For Less and Michaels? We were running out of things to do so we even went into Bev Mo a few doors down to settle a bet with my husband that they only sell alcoholic drinks. (Which I won because they also sell a small selection of juice, soda, and water - but they are expensive.) Fine. Whatever. If I would have complained, I would have looked like the jerk because the guy supposedly doesnt know how to use the internet and I would look like I was attacking a defenseless old man.My overall recommendation? The haircuts were okay, with one stylist clearly being more experienced than the other. I wont name names but one started earlier, finished later, and had many errant hairs and too-short bangs. My kid liked them like that, so, fine. Whatever. I dropped $50 - thats 2 haircuts for age 10 and under plus tip - and I guess its worth it to have someone else to blame for the messed-up haircut!In conclusion, I will say that the experience of being in Sport Clips is far different than it is portrayed on ads. We have had problems as stated above, and also with stylists being rude in the past at this location. For the steep price, I could take the kids to an expensive salon and be treated just as badly.

Everything was perfect. Jessica did an amazing job. This was my first time here and I will definitely be going back. I went on the first day you opened back up and your entire team was very friendly and explained all the new policies and procedures. Great leadership!

Had the pleasure getting my hair done by Kori. She did a great job and had a great experience at this location. Would highly recommend this artist and location to anyone getting a similar haircut.

First haircut after coivid-19. Was hesitant with all the restrictions. I have to say that sports clips made the process seem easy. The staff was wonderful, facility was immaculate, and made everything hassle free. I HIGHLY recommend visiting them if you need a haircut. I wont go anywhere else now.

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new barber shop. Having been to sport clips before in other places I kind of knew what to expect and wasnt disappointed. You can check in online and it tells you exactly how long the wait is and when to show up. Once there you get a good haircut for a good price. Since it was my first time at this location I got a free upgrade to their MVP thing which was unexpectedly relaxing.

Great experience with social distancing aspects to keep everyone safe. The stylist that cut my hair was amazing and would go back again.

First off, I had to leave my old barbershop of 12 years because my barber retired. Against my better judgment I went into Sports Clips for a simple haircut. I asked for half off the top while also trimming a bit more off the back along with a 2 on the sides with a fade towards the bottom until it reached a 1. The woman who took me was nice but I immediately noticed she was brand new in the industry. She cut half off the top and did not bother with the back like I asked and didn’t bother giving me a fade like I asked either. I thought of bringing this up but I made this very clear in the beginning by requesting this cut 2 times to her and simply realized that I’d rather not risk having her ruin my hair with her inexperience. I paid 28 dollars total which I thought was ridiculous granted that the barber that took care of me was brand new and as a result, I will simply keep looking for a new barbershop. This place seems fit for people that enjoy extra services like a “hot towel” or a “scalp massage” but I’m a simple guy that only wants a simple haircut and these extra services seem to be in place to distract people from the obvious lack of actual barber experience the staff possess. If and when they decide to offer actual haircuts and not a hedge trimming I’ll gladly come back and pay the price listed but as of right now it seems like you get a lot less bang for your buck here. Again the staff was incredibly nice and helpful with fast service. I just wish that the staff could be upfront about their inability to perform a cut instead of just not doing it at all.

Used to love this place until today... checked in online at 310pm (wait time 50 minutes). Showed up on time at 4, still had 30 minute wait! Gave benefit of doubt & waited until 430. Their screen said I STILL had to wait another 10 minutes! I had stuff to do (why I checked in online, but apparently that means nothing!) so told an employee pull my name from list & left... I will never return

Kat has cut my hair once a week for the last 3 months! She always does an excellent job and never forgets exactly how I like my hair cut. Its super easy to set an appointment to come in and see her or even if I just walk in. She always remembers the small details and she is really easy to talk to. She shows genuine interest in what we talk about and doesnt bother with the boring small talk. Thanks for always doing a great job Kat!

Ive gone to Supercuts on the other side of the freeway years but finally gave up on them. Constantly having you wait longer than I was told despite booking an appointment and high turnover of stylists was just the tip. My first visit to Sports Clip made me regret that I hadnt made the change sooner and started going her sooner. Efficient, quick and friendly. I got the MVP and it was well worth it. Great experience... This is my new place!

This place was amazing! I brought my children in a boy and a girl, thinking Id get my daughters cut at a salon and Id just have to make another stop.I walked in and was welcomed by not just one but everyone on staff. A sweet gal named Amanda took my son back. Asked not only my child but myself what we wanted. Earned points with my son for sure! Gave him a free upgrade to their signature MVP.Heres the kicker another stylist came up and asked if my daughter wanted a cut today as well! It was pretty cool. They offered us coffee and water! And gave my kids Lolly pops after their cut! Amazing. The kids were so excited about their experience, they gave them a card to give my husband when we got home! Definitely coming here again! One stop shop!Also my husband was excited about the sports on tv, no chemical smells and free neck trims!

This place is great. Danielle Leon usually does my hair and it always comes out great. I went to other places when I am not able to make it there to get a cut. but it never turns out the same. the staff there is super friendly and if you really not sure on what kind of cut to get like I was Danielle had an idea of what would look good and went with it. and turned out great. thank you keep up the great work.

Wow this is one of the best barbershop I’ve ever been to the new customer haircut includes warm towel; getting a hair wash while laying on the massage chair is like heaven. Cat who is my style is such wonderful person and her attention to details makes me want to keep coming back. Thank you for the amazing service ;)

Great clean place to go to. I always find the stylist to cut my hair. They are very professional and kind. Danielle cuts my hair. She does it right the first time every time. She listens to what you want(Remember to tell your stylist what you want. They can’t read your mind). She really cares about what she does. She is very professional. She keeps her clippers clean and sharp. She is concerned that you walk away happy and will do what she can within her bounds to help. She takes pride in what she does. She is a very valuable asset to this store. I hope they are paying her what she is worth.

Whether new or old, the stylists there give great cuts. Don’t have to worry about choosing 1 person every time I go.. I just go with FA

3.5 stars. Decent hair cut for a decent price. My hair on top was cut fairly well (back of my head is actually really great considering I have a bad cow lick, but after my cut I have absolutely no problems). Sides are okay for a five, but I do notice patchy areas and I don’t like how my hair line was cut.

Kori is the best stylist. She always does my hair the way I want and gives a good massage. The conversations are great along with her customer service. Just tell her what you want and she will accommodate. Best experience Ill keep coming to this location. Jf

I wouldn’t really call this a barber shop. The staff lacked basic barber skills or the ability to follow simple directions. I went in to trim my undercut and asked for a hard part with pictures. I paid 28$ for a uneven cut and a pitiful line up. Don’t waste your money! This place is terrible.....

I love this location. Amanda has been cutting my hair for a couple years now and does a great job!! Yesterday she cut my nephews hair for the first time! As long as she is at this location I will continue to be a customer!

Extremely long wait, despite the place being practically empty. Was alerted several times that my fiance was next, but we remained sitting for 20 minutes. The girls working here were in no hurry to offer reassurance or acknowledgement that we were even there. After a 40 minute wait we decided to leave and finally got the reason that the stylists hair clippers werent working. We finally got the haircut, but it was a rather frustrating experience that could have been solved by a few kind words or at least an explanation and apology.

Kat was my stylist and I had a great experience. She gave me a fantastic cut and was very friendly and easy going. She made me feel like family. Will definitely recommend in the future!

I have been coming to this location since the Ontario location closed. In the past, this was a great place to get a haircut. It has become hit or miss lately. If you do try this location, ask for Michelle - she is friendly and gives fantastic service. Some of the other ladies...not so much.The owners have now decided to not honor the Birthday Club benefit. This is a deal breaker for me. It is expensive to get your haircut at Sport Clips. The MVP Season Pass helps to make it more cost effective, especially with the Birthday Club benefit.After 2 of the last 5 haircuts messed up (thank goodness for Michelle on the other 3) and the owners, without notice, eliminating the extra haircut, this is no longer My go to barbershop.

I don’t always get what I want but Ileana is good listening to me and giving me what I want.I paid for my two sons and I had a redemption card. I got my haircut discount but off the cheapest haircut, I don’t agree with that it should be off the most expensive haircut otherwise next time I will pay each one individually and make sure I get the best discount.Next on your site when you want to make an appt, there should be a picture so you can remember who is who, just the name is worthless and then you end up going to the person that you didn’t want cutting your hair.

Ive always loved sports clips, pretty much always friendly staff.

You cant even bring your kids here to get a decent cut. Guess they lowered the bar for hiring at this spot.

Long wait and expensive price for mediocre cut. It felt like the lady who was cutting my hair was not even trying. When I told her how the side fades are uneven, she seemed annoyed.Hair cut is important aspect of peoples image. When you are charging $22.00 for a cut before tip, at least put some effort into it. I could have gotten better cut from elsewhere for $15.00.Very disappointed with my experience and wont be coming back again.

Hair cut was okay.. even though its not what my son asked for. She didnt give him the flip in the front and thats all he asked for.Most important is every girl working there looked miserable. I almost got up and left after waiting 30 minutes because not one girl smiled or was friendly to anyone while I was there.

Kat gave me a great cut for being new. All the other employees were great in helping her along. It took longer than planned but she did a great job. We all had fun during the cut. A little pricey in my opinion but Im new to California and what Ive found that everything here is. I will be going back because of the haircut and great personal experience.Went back to get a beard trim. Absolutely mortified. Talked to her (not Kat) on the phone to make sure she could do it. Showed her pictures of what i wanted. Thought it was going to be a good trim. Left speechless after 3 months of beard growth was cut off. Solid neckline was made into a jawline. Instead of having a beard, now it looks like i had a goatee and let the beard grow in. I will never let anyone in there touch my beard. It is going to take at least 3 months to regrow my beard and find another place (if not just do it myself) to fix it. Every time I touch it or look at it, i get pd off again. I cant actually put into words how pd off and disgusted I am with this. Never let them touch your beard if you are a serious beard grower.
