We have been going to C&S for a little while now and have had great experiences with every visit. My most recent visit was just this past week. My secondary air injection pump on my 2006 Toyota Tundra took a royal sh*t, so went down to see Sonny at C&S to get it all fixed up. They are a certified Auto Club shop, so, if you have a AAA card, be sure to show it to them so you can get a small discount on the labor. I was a general manager of an auto repair facility myself for 20 years and know a good bunch of guys when I see them. Well be back, but hopefully not soon though...LOL.

They are very easy to work with. They work in a timely manner and do a very good job. A bit more pricy than my regular auto mechanics. Ill use them again. C & S Auto Repairs were recommended to me by Willys Tires on Etiwanda also know as Mira Loma Tires, I believe. They are also a top notch business.

I went in for the free AAA 41 point inspection. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the inspection and they through check. After, there were a few issues that were found, and since it was a used car newly bought, I was expecting something. The guy at the desk explained to me what should be done and two things that should be done together to save me money on labor, and he gave me rough prices like I asked so I knew ballpark figures to get the repairs done. The place looks plenty busy and from the outside, looks like more of a flyby night place, but with the business they seem to do and the pace they work, I will definately go back to get the repairs done here. It seemed like a place that really wants repeat customers.

This place is great, honest and true mechanics.Ive made the mistake of bringing my car to other mechanics and its only given me headaches. C&S has gained my trust multiple times and I swore that I will never bring my car anywhere else!

I really cant say enough great things about this place. I needed a repair of my battery terminal/fuse and I had no idea where to go besides the dealer. I got a recommendation from fb to call Sonny and Im glad I did. They were able to get the part extremely quick from the dealership and fixed within an hour. The staff is very nice and extremely professional. They definitely do not take advantage of their customers unlike some places. Saturday morning: I noticed my ABS connection was dragging from the bottom/center of my RV, so I drove in to see if they could get my RV on a lift and take a look.The guy behind the counter was really friendly and came out to my RV and crawled right under there! Jumps back out and exclaimed that it is all fixed! Didnt even charge me.I also asked about working on my generator and he recommended another business.This is how you make customers for life. Service, honesty, and the humility not to take on a job beyond your scope.I will be back with my other vehicles.

Great service at non dealer prices. Sonny and steve are friendly and honest. AAA auto club certified. Your not charged for a diagnosis like dealers soak you for. These guys are the best in town hands down, besides the auto club endorsement they guaranty their work and get lots of repeat business.

I will definitely recommend this auto repair shop for all and any of your car needs. Let me first start by thanking Sunny for his honesty and help. One fine morning, my car decided not to start I had taken it to the Mazda dealership in Corona to get it diagnosed they had advised me that I needed to change my alternator ($686.43 and battery $150.00 + labor $337.50 +$140 diagnosing fee, if I didnt choose their services). I decided to get a second opinion, I came across C&S from doing some online research and reading reviews. After I spoke to Sunny over the phone he had given me reasonable prices for my alternator, battery and labor, about $650 lower than the dealership. I got my car towed to his shop the next day from the dealership, within an hour I received a call with him saying that my alternator is perfect and there is nothing wrong with it, and that I only needed to replace a battery. He ONLY charged me for the battery and NO LABOR FEE while the other surrounding mechanics wanted to charge me a minimum of $30 for labor just to put the battery in! There are a very few people like Sunny that are in the auto repair business and he has definitely gained my trust. He could have easily made money from me if he wanted to and I would not have even known about it, but he chose the honest route and for that I applaud him. Give him a try, you will definitely NOT be disappointed!

This place is by far the best Auto repair shop Ive been too.Customer service is excellent to . Sunny helped me with my daughters car which kept stauling on her, had gone to another auto shop where they misdiagnosed the cause and had me pay for a tune-up but car persisted with the same issue.Thanks to this shop my daughters car is running better than ever. A place like this reassures me that there is still honest people.

Sonny is the best. He is great at what he does. He wont let a vehicle leave unless he has checked and rechecked it to make sure it is 100%. This is a Auto Club approved shop as well as if you have Auto Club, you automatically get a 2 yr. Warranty on the work done here. Plus a discount on the work. I have had 3 cars worked on here in the last 3 months and each and everyone is perfect when it leaves. You will not go wrong choosing this shop!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. My car wouldnt start and since being a AAA member, I got the initial diagnosis for free. I took my car the on a Friday morning 830, and they said they would look at it sometime today. By 945 that had looked at it. They troubleshoot a bad starter, but car wouldnt start still. So as Friday went by, still not figured out. They called me Friday around 4 and said they starter is not the complete problem but they would further diagnose Saturday morning..at NO CHARGE. They close early on Saturday so 10am rolls around and sonny calls me and tells me that the problem is electrical and further diagnosis is needed. Monday at 100 pm boom my car is fixed and Im only in it for the starter and the 1 hour of labor to install. I was so happy I asked them to change the oil (my version of a tip). Ill be taking my cars here from now on. They always called and updated me. Cant beat that! Thanks sonny and C and S auto.

Too bad the least stars I can give them is one. They dont even deserve that. I brought in an 88 that has no diagnostic computer on board. They couldnt read an error code so they refused to even try to fix it. So I had to pay towing twice instead of once. The AAA tow driver recommended them so I went there.My regular mechanic, (I was far from home) fixed it in about twenty minutes. All it was was the connection to the air flow meter had fallen off. My guy guessed the clip had broke since he didnt find one. Had they bothered to look my car could have been fixed in five minutes time. Thats how long it took to loosen and retighten some screws.There is not an instance I would ever recommend C or S.

The were recommended by AAA. Took in a 20 year old Honda I had just bought. The found an oil leak and a salvaged engine. They gave an estimate based upon what usually is needed for a salvaged engine, which generally requires a lot of parts to be replaced. Upon further inspection as they got into it, they found those anticipated part replacements were not required as the previous owner had done so with OEM parts. They could have done the work as called for in the original estimate, with no one the wiser. But they were honest, and just replaced the serpentine belts and hoses. Its soooooo refreshing to find honest mechanics! I left there happy and confident I was driving a safe, reliable car, and thrilled to have found a mechanic shop that is BOTH COMPENTENT & HONEST. Steve, Sonny, and James will take great care of you!

Had a check engine light come on, was recommended by friends to take it to Sonny. Called the day before, spoke with Sonny, he said bring it in the morning. Dropped car off at 07:30 and received a call a couple hours later and after working on the car and making some minor adjustments plusplus clea a specific part it was ready to go. Excellent customer service.

These guys are great! I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler, live in the mountains & have 100 ml daily drive, so it regularly needs maintainence & repairs. These guys are honest, get the job done quickly & best of all it gets done right! Plus, they have respect for all vehicles, not just ones that are brand new (such as dealerships)!!

Wanted to convert jeep xj from 2wd to 4wd. Was told that it was a difficult job, would take two weeks, required a similar donor vehicle.When I bought a 4wd donor vehicle I was told that they are too busy. Now Im stuck with a second vehicle and have to find a storge lot.

Worst place very unprofessional, simple repair took over 6 weeks. Dishonest excuses. Never call you to say what the updates are. Will let days or a week go by. Gave car back in pieces. Had to return twice to get things put back together. Reported them to AAA

The truth was that it did not work for me, I took my diesel truck to have an oil leaking removed and the owner never apologized or asked me for anything in 3 occasions, I charge very well and the job is very bad I still have the leak in my truck 👎 🏼
