Disgusting. Second time renting from this location. First time, informed them the rental van was unsanitary and clearly nothing has changed.We understand possibly the customer sweeping, maybe a disinfectant wipe for the interior.But this....Dirt, mud, leavesFinger nailsOld food (pictured)HairThe van smelled like a landfill.We are in a pandemic and sanitation of shared vehicles IS NOT a priority for this location. Wont be renting from here again.

Awful experience with the guy behind the desk. Equipment was not there and I asked him to call corporate. He refused and told me to call them myself. Then he would not give me the number to call. Then he told me that I had to step outside to speak with customer service. Then he refused to rent different equipment to me...he kept stepping outside to visit a girl in a car and smoke something.The worst experience ever.

The location was a life savior. I was able to drop-off my cross country U-Haul rental right here. I even took advantage of the on-site storage to free up space in the new apartment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this location to friends and family.
