I interviewed several when it was time to sell my Mother-in-law’s home in Mint Hill, they all seemed as if they would do a fine job, but Becky’s caring attitude is what won her our business. Due to living a few hours away I knew we needed a Realtor who could not only sell and market the house but also help us locate companies that we needed to get the house in shape TO sell. Becky went so above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation, in fact she made my stress levels come down. I KNEW I could depend on her to be there when I couldn’t, to get all the stuff done that needed to be done. She had quite the job on her hands to sell a fixer-upper that, in all honesty, was a complete gut job that happened to be on a great lot in a very nice town. She priced it properly and we were able to negotiate a price I felt was very fair.I happily and wholeheartedly recommend Becky Elliot for anyone’s real estate needs.I will be posting this review on any and every site I can because Becky is just that great!
