They are nice and helpful. However its been over a month, ants are still rampant and mosquito chase me to the door. They are coming back in a couple days. So well see.

I truly have my Killingsworth with this company. I’ve had a termite bond for the last 4 years, and this year we were do for a pretreatment. Every seven years we have to treat the entire perimeter to keep those little bugs away.I have had a wonderful experience with Killingsworth and highly recommend that you, give them a chance to earn your business.

Killingsworth is all that and a bag of chips! Weve been using Killingsworth for over 9 years between two houses weve been in, and I cannot tell you how comforting it is to know theyre there. It brings us great peace of mind when we hire them for service. Their quality of work is always fabulous, and weve had termite, pest control, and HVAC work done by them. I know when we replace our water heater, and think about encapsulating our crawl space theyll be most likely who we call. Is it because theyve been the cheapest? Not always. But, their work is something that I never worry about having to call someone else to fix. Killingsworth does things right! The staff is also wonderful. Chris just came and did our pest and termite prevention yesterday, and hes tremendous. He explains everything, and answers all my questions with kindness and a good sense of humor. If I could sum them up in a sentence: Youre killing yourself, if you dont get your Killingsworth.

We have had a termite and pest warranty service with Killingsworth Environmental for a few years now. Brandon is our specialist and hes wonderful! Each year he arrives on time, he talks about the service he is about to do, explains where hell be and whats involved, and its a very reassuring and pleasant process. We have pets, kids, and a lot of indoor / outdoor traffic and our home has stayed bug free all that time. The cost is also very reasonable. Its super important for us to be able to work with a company with employees we can trust and who know what they are doing and do a super job.Update 11-16-17 We also checked into their plumbing services and were very pleased once again. Mike Sisk came out to give info and an estimate on options to replacing our aging water heater. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. At no time was there any pressure to make a decision right then or to choose one type of equipment over another. That was very much appreciated. Once the completed estimate arrives, in addition to replacing the water heater we may also change out some fixtures and toilets since he was very helpful with those too. Definitely glad we called them.

We have been with Killingsworth since 2001 and are quite happy with them. Besides doing a very thorough termite etc spray and warranty they also check our crawl space to be sure all is nice and dry. If we ever see a critter inside or even in our covered porch, we call back and they come immediately and the problem is solved. Very good service!

We noticed that our heat was not working and we thought it was the thermostat so we called Killingsworth. Someone was able to come out the day we called. Tony Kannenburg was the technician that showed up for the call. We explained what was going on and Tony said it wasnt the thermostat. He went under the house and found out that there were several wasp nest in our exhaust vent which would not allow the heating unit to run due to a safety feature. Who wouldve thunk? Tony came back in the house and explained the situation to us and stayed for about 20-30 minutes to make sure our heating system continued to work. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our system is still under warranty so there was no charge for the visit. My husband and I were so impressed with Tonys knowledge with our system that we felt the least we could do is buy him lunch! GREAT customer service Tony, keep up the good work!!

Customer service is a BIG deal. Zach delivered on EVERY level, in spades.The service we paid for was pest/insect removal. What we received was ultra-friendly service and super timely, kindness to our kids and dog, and my wifes confidence that well no longer have spiders & centipedes as our roommates. And lots of dead bugs.My only complaint is with Google - they wont let me give 15 stars.

Did you know that Killingsworth will discontinue your service if your request is to not have people servicing your property while youre not home and give you a heads up (like they had been) before coming out for your appointment, especially if running late? Sorry that my expectations (based on the service you provided the first year) were too high to meet.The 2 stars are for their technicians - they were great. The office personnel and the egregious way they terminated my service of 2 years is the genesis of the - 3 stars. I guess they have that much business they can afford to throw customers away versus identifying where they might have contributed to the problem.

Ive worked with Brenton to treat bed bugs at an apartment complex multiple times since September to present. He has always been helpful to tenants to explain what needs to be done to prepare the units, supplied bags as necessary for personal items, and helped move furniture as necessary. He takes the time to talk to tenants and performs the service professionally. He always gives extra effort where needed. Yesterday he helped me throw extra trash in the dumpster and clean out a unit, which was not part of his job. I have enjoyed working with him on this project.
