They couldnt help me because I own a Toyota but they spent over 30 minutes on the phone talking me through my issue. They even reached out to a friend of theirs who is an experienced Toyota mechanic to determine the best course of action for my vehicle repair. They seem like they are committed to doing the right thing.

I had the push button starter of my Honda civic failed me so I took my mothers recommendation and went to Evans and they did a top notch job fixing the issue for a good price and in a timely manner. Since it was taking me 4 or 5 pushes of my push button starter to get my car running before I took it in to get fixed, my battery wore out. They were unsure if my battery was still a problem so they charged it up and it was at 100% when I picked it up. The battery failed me once I left so I called them up and Evan himself, the owner of the shop came and jump started my car so I could have the power necessary to go get my battery replaced at the place I bought it since it was still under warranty. He didnt try and sell me a battery since mine was still under warranty. Thats what I call customer service and I was blown away by how professional, customer service driven, and kind everyone at Evans was. I am a customer for life and will always recommend my Honda friends take their cars to Evans. If you have a Honda do yourself a favor and take your car to get repaired at Evans in Mint Hill: you will get an honest assessment, you wont get upsold on unnecessary items, you will get the best price and your car will be in the best hands for the job. Very good service here. They’re honest with you about everything vs the Honda dealerships. Honda wanted me to get a service done there for $200+ but I called Evans and they were able to help me for less than what Honda quoted me. Any type of repairs or maintenance done on my Honda will come here.

Ok, these guys are so honest! They were hit so hard by the quarantine, and could have easily told us that our car needed a new compressor for the air conditioner. Instead, they fixed it with a new relay. OMG! I am very impressed!

Ive been taking my cars here for a decade. If you own a Honda or Acura, you are literally throwing money away by having it serviced at the big dealers. Ive gotten quotes before, and Evans is always lower, faster, and stands by their service.

I went in because I was told by two repair shops that my starter was generating a low voltage. EHS tested by battery and starter, and later let me know that the issue wasnt my starter. My battery have very low cca. They changed my battery and my car runs great.Im writing this review because they couldve easily just changed my starter and charged by battery and sent me on my way. However, they took time and communicated with me every step of the way. An awesome experience overall, and I strongly recommend allowing them to anyone with an issue on their Honda.

I have taken my 2006 Accord for service several times and have been satisfied every time. The do quality work at a fraction of what they would charge me at the dealership. Totally trustworthy - I dont get the feeling that they are pushing unnecessary services on me.

Smart and trustworthy, excellent value, solid diagnosis and repair. They find the problem, fix it correctly the first time and use genuine Honda parts. I always receive a full explanation of the issue and any potential related issues. For instance, my timing belt is due for replacement. I was given a very competitive estimate and a detailed explanation of the related parts that may need to be replaced, depending on how healthy they look and how proactive I want to be while these parts are accessible. Great to know when making decisions about how to proceed and what it may ultimately cost. My Honda goes nowhere else!
