Brad Gowan came out for our regular spring/summer servicing today. He was on time and professional. Everyone I have worked with has been great. He suggested we install an Air Purification system and did it on the spot during the regular maintenance. Our coolant was low and they came out for repair. During the repair, they found a significant amount of mold in my unit housing. They suggested I add a UV light to dissipate the mold and have clean air circulating. We installed the units and two weeks later the mold seems to be almost gone. Was happy with their professionalism, problem solving and follow through. Would call again.

24 Hour Air was called to my home through my home owner’s warranty. They made 2 calls and replaced my evaporator coil. Another company told me that my entire A/C system had to be replaced. Anthony was my service technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! I plan to use them to service my HVAC system from now on!

I called my home warranty company midday Sunday and they dispatched 24 hr Air & said they’d be in contact in 24hrs. I missed a called around 6/7pm they called me again at 9:16 am and stated they could be here in 30 mins. Anthony was here in 15 ! He came right in knew what the problem was and took care of it. He was here no more than 30mins. It’s been a week and everything still works. Thankfully 🙌🏾😊

We have a home warranty company, so we had to work through them which was not so great BUT, 24 hour AIr came out on the weekend, quickly diagnosed the leak and contacted the warranty company right away. The customer care we received from them was great! Even if we didn’t have the warranty, I wouldn’t hesitate contacting 24 Hour Air. The technicians that made the repair were polite, efficient and professional in every way. The problem we had was the warranty company. They would either pay to recharge the system or fix the A.C. In order to fix it, we had to wait for the part to come in which put us without A.C. for almost two weeks! I put that totally on the home warranty company!

Overall, Customer service was poor; I was not pleased with the interaction with management. It ended up appearing that the company was not being forthright and didn’t care if I incurred as much expenses as possible just to make their job as easy as possible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.It all began a few months ago when I got linked with this company (24 hour air) through a home warranty company to fix my HVAC unit. Their technicians visited my property and confirmed that I needed a new unit altogether. After a few weeks of back and forth between the warranty company and 24 hour air, I was informed that the warranty company would cover roughly half of the expenses. Specifically, I was responsible for replacing the inside unit because it would no longer be compatible with the outside unit that the warranty company agreed to replace. I had no issues with the arrangement and was ready to move things along to have my home cooling again. It was then that this company informed me that I had to put a sizable hole in my wall before they could show up to install the unit. Mind you, I informed the technician on the phone that this hole would mean a massive opening in the wall of my living room because that is the wall backing the garage where the unit is installed. The explanation as to why I needed a hole didn’t make sense to me so I decided to obtain other opinions. I called two local HVAC companies for a second opinion and while each one confirmed that I needed a new unit, both wondered why I needed to put a hole in the wall. One suggested that 24 hour air was likely not content with the agreement with the warranty company and needed me as the customer to incur additional unnecessary expenses to make their labor as easy as possible without fully disclosing this reason to me. Each time I asked for explanation, I was told very rudely not to tell them how to do their jobs. They even refused to send a technician to come mark the space for the hole they needed.Long story made short, I requested for a new HVAC company from the warranty company, even though I was warned that it might result in a month long delay in getting the unit fixed. I was willing to take my chances with a new company since the hot months were over. Few weeks after, I have my units installed without a massive hole in my wall that would have caused me to spend an additional $300 - $400 at a time when every dollar matters in the current pandemic economy. The new technician could only chuckle when I told him the previous guy needed me to put a massive hole in my living room before he showed up to fix the unit. I hope this helps someone. If you get connected to this company through a home warranty company, please request an alternative company if 24 hour begins to demand you incur additional expenses outside of the agreement with the warranty company.

I have to give a special thanks to Gilbert hes a great tech. Very funny and friendly. Fixed the AC and put new filters in for me because I couldnt reach that area. My dog even liked him.

I was in a bad mood for a few days when my air was out. I was over it 3 techs couldnt even resolve the problem. Finally my landlord sent them out and the guy fixed it and said he wasnt leaving until it was fixed! He stayed until it was finally fixed. Melted my heart! Thank you guys!

I would give them 10 STARS if I could. My AC suddenly stopped working on a day that was 90+ degrees. I called several companies and got 3 different quotes. The tech from 24 hr AIR gave me the lowest price and was by far the friendliest. He carefully explained to me exactly what needed to be done and he was able to do the repair the very next day (One company told me it would take a week to get the part!!!!). I must say, I am very happy with the customer service and my home is now nice and cool. In a time where businesses are all about the $$$ it is good to see that good old customer service and kindness still exists at a fair price. I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE :-). Stay cool!

I had to have work done through a warranty company,...guess when they do that, they could care less about the workmanship and, they dont warranty the component for very long either! Now,..I need to have the work done again, after only 8 months,.......will never call them for myself!

My AC went out & 24 Hour Air showed up a couple hours early to my appointment, which was great! The faster it’s fixed the better!! The service tech fixed the problem really fast. He was polite & efficient. Definitely would recommend!!

Our ac stopped working and I was going to wait for our landlord to fix it. But it was expected to be 3 or more days before he would have someone out. After sleeping in a house of 80 degrees for a night I could not wait anymore. Called 24 hour air in the morning and Derek came out that evening. Fixed the ac and had us cooling. We now have air thanks to 24 Hour Air.The story: Our warranty company decided that they would not cover our claim and told us it was because of dirty filters?24 Hour Air stepped up and replaced our ac & condenser within 3 days of us calling them. They were the only company that had a 2 year labor warranty on top of the 10 year parts.. (some companys only offer 6 months)Hooray my new born is smiling again!

The guys who answered the phone was supper knowledgeable and friendly. However, they are not flexible. I am 99% sure my blower motor that is under warranty failed. The warranty only covers parts but not labor. I asked for a cost to diagnose the problem to confirm it is the blower and to submit the warranty claim and order the part. I told them that if it was just the blower motor then I wanted to install the part myself. They refused to do this and told me it would cost $359 to install the motor. This is something that takes less than 15 minutes to do. This is disappointing because these guys are right down the road from me.

Had an emergency at my home while I was away on business. They responded, very fast and professional. They guy tested the unit and filled the tank. He also made sure there was no leaks. Excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with this company and thankful for the expertise Drew provided during his service visit. I also appreciated the phone call the night before and the email confirming the service visit in addition to the call when he was 30 mins away from my home. I have used 24-Hour Air 3 times within the past 5 years. Each occasion was after normal working hours but there was never an extra charge. On each trip Anthony, the technician, showed up promptly after my call and expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The repair costs were always reasonable.

Buyer BEWARE !! - This company seems to be competent, but they did not say that they would not bill and that they want payment IMMEDIATELY, until after they were done with the work. The repairman could not wait 5 hours for the landlord to wake up, since this at 3:00 am in the morning!! Then are you ready for this, the dude took the Freon back out of my air conditioner and left!! I even had a letter from the landlord saying that they would cover any charges necessary to repair the unit. But he just could not wait for a couple of hours for the landlord to wake up !!! I am surprised he did not say CASH ONLY!!

My air conditioner broke last weekend and I called these guys around 10 p.m. By midnight my system was up and running. I was most impressed by their quick response and professionalism. I would highly recommend them over some of the bigger companies that I have worked with in the past.

However, 24 Hour Air was able to fix it, which saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!! I loved that even though they could have taken advantage of the fact that I had a old AC system and sold me a new one without even trying to fix it, they didnt. I highly recommend 24 Hour Air!

My AC unit continued to leak. I had to replenish the freon at least twice per year. A technician from 24 Hour Air came to my home and after assessing the issue, suggested that I put in a leak fill. I have not had any issues ever since. My home remains cool and comfortable and I no longer have the repetitive expense of freon replacement. They did an excellent job of arriving on time, assessing the issue, fixing it quickly and saving me money!

I had just came in off of vacation and the AC stopped shortly afterward. I filled out a work request from another repair service and they did not return my call. So after five hours of waiting for a call, I cancelled and called 24 hour Air. They said that they would have someone here within 45 minutes and they did. I have read some of the negative complaints, but I was so satisfied that I would have given 5 stars, but I will leave the last one for any improvement. The Technician diagnosed the problem fast and had the house cooling within fifteen minutes.

Anthony and his Assistant did an awesome, honest, and accurate job repairing my AC. No up-selling- just good work. He explained very well what needed to be replaced, provided several options and made excellent suggestions. I was pleased to find that there was still an honest person to call for help. We can’t thank 24 Hour Air enough!! Our a/c went out and we had 3 other technicians (yes I said 3 other) come out and diagnose and try to do repairs to our unit. Since we were using our home warranty company to get the repairs fixed, this procedure was 7 weeks in before 24 Hour Air was scheduled to us. That making them the 4th company sent to use to diagnose the problem, AGAIN!24 Hour Air sent “Drew” out to do what 3 other technicians couldn’t seem to do. He was so professional and helpful at the same time. He went through the system and behind what the other companies did and didn’t do and explained the whole way (in normal people terms) what was wrong and what he would have to do to fix it. He then filed his report and sent it to us and the warranty company. They approved him to do the repairs and back he came. He SO went above and beyond the day he came to fix the unit. The compressor had been replaced prior to him coming out and there were other things that weren’t checked or done while the compressor was installed that were supposed to be done. This caused a clog up in the attic unit. Here to find out, because of the compressor burn out and because the other technicians didn’t do the job correctly, the whole upper coil had to be removed and cleaned out thoroughly. Drew spent the Extra time and effort to make sure we had a/c that night! We are SO thankful to him and 24 Hour Air!! Thank You!We highly recommend this company and Drew! We will most definitely be using them for our future service/repairs!!They also called us back a week or so later to make sure everything was still working and that we were still happy with the work that had been done. They have great customer skills!!

A technician came out to repair my air conditioner wiring twice within 5 days, when the air conditioner went out the third time in the same week I was told that they wouldnt come back and was referred to another company. The next company came out and told me it was the compressor the entire time and the first technician had to be aware of it........ Im still not sure what the warranty covered. I guess it was for the first 5 days.

This company is trash! We filed a claim with our home warranty because our A/C stopped working. 24 Hour Air was sent to our house to diagnose the system. First they arrived without calling ahead of time after this was discussed the day before. Second they submitted the repair quote to the home warranty for approval, its approved about 30 minutes later which was approximately 10:30 a.m. I know it was approved because I received an approval email giving them permission to do the repair so we could have a working A/C.Now heres the kicker, they never called us back. So when I called 24 Hour Air the next day(a full 24 hours later) they still hadnt reached out to us about the repair. Lets just say you couldnt pay me to refer this company to anyone!!! (I wish it were possible to leave a review with ZERO stars!!

Called at 3:00am on a Saturday night after coming home from work to find fan motor seized. Anthony came out and had it running in less than 1 1/2 hours. There was a glitch in am and I called back. I went to work and he had to deal with my husband who is at the best of times hard to deal with. He is a stay in, does not play well with others. Anthony was able to fix the glitch, deal with a mentally unstable person and i came ho!me to goosebumps on my arms. Thank you!

I returned from vacation on a Saturday afternoon only to find the upstairs temperature registering at 98 degrees and warm air blowing from the vents. I called my regular AC Service company and was told the Compressor had died. They went from one extreme to the next offering various repair options even suggesting that I replace both units because the other one might stop working soon. Seriously?? Well, I was recommended to 24 Hour Air and lets just say that the Owner restored my faith in this business. He was very prompt, professional, courteous and most of all honest!!! I had the compressor replaced on the one unit and it was up and running within 24-hours! He did not recommend all of the other unnecessary repair options and his price was much more affordable. Needless to say I will be switching my service from my old company to 24 Hour Air. Thank you for providing excellent, quality, affordable, honest and prompt service!

I am glad I got a second opinion after these guys tried to trick me into buying something I didnt need. After hours call and they tried to sell me a part which didnt exit, wasnt within any catalog or parts manual. When I phoned to clarify this with their manage, they told me thats what they call it and wouldnt give me a part number.I had a friend who works in HVAC come by the next day. He literally pulled out the contactor, and put it back in. Blew out the unit with a hose and blower and all good, system started up fine.Had they simply fixed the system they could have won my business for all future needs, but no, they tried to rip me off and falsely provided a quote for a non-existent part.Disappointed. Owner, feel free to reach out anytime to discuss.EDIT: Owner didnt call, said they helped fix my problem. They helped waste my time and tried to sell me a part I didnt need for 350 dollars. Shameful business.

I use 24 hour air because they are fast, well priced, and have good customer service. They also wont call you every spring and fall to solicit services. I called the big name lots of commercials call us anytime day or night company late one evening after arriving home to a hot home and was told they would not be able to come out until the next day. I thought 24 hour air sounds like exactly what I needed. They arrived in less than an hour, did not up-charge for the late night visit and had the air working within the hour. The whole service call, part and all only cost me ~$80. I will never call anyone else.
