My wife brought her car here and after working on it for 45 minutes they told her the drain plug was stripped from the previous oil change. Funny it took that long to notice or say anything. They then told her they did not have the right tool to get it out, apparently they do not have a vise grip in their shop. I brought the car to another place and they fixed it quickly and charged me 6$ for a new plug. Wouldn’t let these people put air in my kids bike tire.

No complaints. The employees were very pleasant and the place was very clean. I would not hesitate to have my vehicles serviced there again. They also are fairly quick which is especially nice if you are in a hurry.

When you think of oil changes I bet you think of waiting around in a shop or being without a vehicle for a good chunk of your day. When it comes to Valvoline Instant Oil Change you are in your vehicle at all times, you see what is being done to it, you interact with the crew that has your vehicle in their hands. He was thorough with his explanations on what was happening and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. Did not tighten oil drain plug. Oil leaked out luckly I caught it right at the low oil mark only drove 1500 miles. Supposed to last 8000 miles. Had to get another $60 oil change, went to a different company. Manager said he would tell his employees to make sure they tighten the oil drain plugs. They should not have to be told that its a simple job not rocket science. Only reason i dont change my own oil is its cheaper to have a company change it. Claimed they would send a refund. Been waiting 2 weeks for it....

My normal oil man has been busy and I just didn’t have 5 hours out of my day to go see him. I read reviews and got a recommendation from a co-worker to go here. Everyone was super friendly and nice. They did a great job with the oil change, showed me that my air filter was still good, topped off my windshield washer fluid, etc. The reason I am docking them a star is because they checked all of my headlights/taillights but failed to see that I had a headlight out? I am a very untrusting person and checked my car over before I brought it in, and I know that headlight has been out for over 2 months. Other than the headlight everything else seems to be in tip top shape. I checked all of my fluids when I got home to make sure they did what they said, everything checked out. They said that I have an engine oil and transmission seep and should get the gaskets replaced, so the next time I see my normal guy I will have him check to confirm. Overall a very good place to take your car, I would use them again in the future.

I will not be returning at all, they are extremely slow. They use the wrong size torques bit on my Raptors skid plate and stripped it, so they got to my filter from the top side but got oil all over my engine and skid plate. They grabbed a can of brake cleaner to clean up with an the employee began to shake the brake cleaner and hit my driver side fender and proceeded like nothing happened. They didn’t even offer to replace the bolt that they stripped.

Took my 2012 Ram 1500 with 5.7 hemi here last month for an oil change. After said oil change I was shown dipstick and couldn’t see oil, the attendant told me it was hard to see but assured me it was full. I trusted him and I shouldn’t have. Two weeks later my engine seized up. I ended up stranded in the middle of no where on a brutal cold morning. It took two hours for help to come. Let’s just say I froze my knickers off!Not only did I have to pay for a tow and a rental while truck was being repaired but I had to pay $5000.00 to replace the engine and everything else damaged by the engine overheating and seizing up. The technicians I had do the work verified that there was no leaking seals and everything was tight. When they pulled the plug there was less than a quart of oil in the engine.I will not return and I will bring my fleet of work trucks elsewhere. I will advise others to do the same and I have learned my lesson, anytime I get an oil change I will ALWAYS check the oil level.If I could give this business negative stars I would, unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can go. Get your oil changed somewhere else!

Watch them change oil on my son truck. Had to go over and tell the tech she was turning the oil filter the wrong way with the wrench if she was taking it off...before she stripped it.The system was down and they all stare at each other not knowing what to do...supervision appears to be just as clueless...May need to go back to changing oil myself as this is just plan scary..
