Martin was excellent, and the week before I had Joseph, who was also great. Both men were nothing but helpful, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. I will always be recommending my friends and family who need any help with their phones to these two men.

Verizon Minot in the mall was superb. I had Joseph help me pick everything out, and the gentleman who I believe was Chris who helped set it up was awesome as well. Was quick, friendly and was easy, will go through them always.

The folks here are courteous and professional. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was working as it should before I left the store. 👍

Kyle did an awesome job! It took a little longer than expected but then again, we did go from Android systems to iPhones. That was what took so long. Other than that, seamless transition.
