Five years ago my family moved from Minot, ND to Ohio. After we packed up and left we learned the people we hired to clean did not show. So, we were referred to Brenda. Brenda cleaned the house fine from what was relayed to me. But she was awful when it came to payment. I wanted to pay her immediately but she did not accept electronic payment like Venmo or PayPal. My hands were very full with the move but I got a check out about a week later. About 1 week after that I started receiving text after text about how she didn’t think she would need to worry about being paid for her work. I assured her it was of course my intention to pay her and again offered an immediate solution of an electronic method if she would open an account. She refused that. At this time my family was out of town in Atlanta on vacation. We stopped what we were doing and had another check overnighted to her. I was left disheartened by the situation. In contrast, the company we had clean our carpets received payment after her (over the phone.) They sent a hand written thank you card for my business. I chalk d it up to a difference in how the two operate. It has been nearly six years since that experience but I’m coming back to review because it has brought to my attention this woman all these years later has been talking negatively about me to others. This is the one and only experience I had with this woman. If you are considering dealing with her I caution you to beware.

Called and left a message, but never returned my call. Disappointing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called twice to get a quote from her and been two weeks with no call back, left her voicemails! Guess she is too good for my business.

Great worker she does an amazing job and is very reasonably-priced if she does not get back to you its because she not only runs and operates her business but does foster care and watches her grandkids if you leave a message with name and number she usually gets back to you as soon as possible and she always calls to confirm appts
