We went into the local ups store for a simple drop off and were greeted and treated to a whole experience of kindness. Thank you UPS for going above and beyond as always.

I want to thank the young man that helped me last Friday. You went beyond my expectations finding the conformation number to mail my return. You were so patient and kind. Most places would have made me go home and figure it out and then come back. Thank you!

I visited the UPS store the other evening to send out some Xmas gifts. The store was kind of busy so the person who waited on me got all the shipping info and I paid, and he set my items on a back table to be packed in a box later, (once they slowed down with customers I guess). This worried me very much, as I had many small packages that were to be put in the box and I was afraid they might get mixed in with another order. I went out to my car, and then thought I’d better go back in and see if I could at least put them in a box since I knew they were very busy. I got in the back of the long line, but the man who waited on me saw me and asked if I had a question since I had come back in. I explained my worry, and offered to pack my gifts in a box my self, but he very kindly said not to worry and invited me over to watch him package my items. He never acted as though I was a problem for worrying, and never acted as though I was causing an inconvenience. He was so wonderful in his attitude and his willingness to ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction.

I was going to ship packages here today, but the moment I walked in, I heard a woman yelling at her customer that she, dont need to know all the details, just whats in the box while not wearing her mask properly. I then saw another employee with her mask down below he nose and has a gentleman with a gaiter roll his eyes at the customer in front of him for not having taped up his box yet.I know its the holidays, and its busy, but this was gross.

Was helpful with my inquiries, staff is very supportive. Wait is a bit long tho, and some werent social distancing correctly.

Crazy efficient! Wasn’t sure what exactly to do, but they had me sorted, notarized, and mailed in about 2 minutes flat. No stress at all. Wonderful!

I popped in there today to mail out a large package. The store was really busy, and the two ladies working were super efficient, and helpful!

I’ve noticed most of the reviews listed here are in regards to the local UPS delivery service and have nothing to do with the actual Minot UPS Store, which is a completely separate entity.With that said, I’ve rented a mailbox from this location for the last couple years or so and the customer service has always been great.Front desk staff are always friendly and attentive. Just wanted to post so that people are not persuaded by the many inaccuracies listed in a lot of these reviews.

2 boxes of clothes, and the big blue one was wide open. Missing items and it looks like they went through it....why deliver packages if you are gonna be delivering them like this. Never again.

Opened a UPS box so my stuff isnt placed outside my house. The process was simple and the staff was friendly. Ive had plenty of boxes come in without any issues.

Amazing staff. very friendly and helpful with my questions regarding getting my parcel delivered to them as an access point instead of missing delivery truck. very accurate on what time frame parcels are usually delivered to their location. A+ service.

Ive resided in North Dakota for a little over 5 years now and Ive had major issues with USPS and FedEx opening my packages or not delivering them at all. However, I have seen exemplary service from UPS lately! The tracking app could be significantly updated but there has been no problem whatsoever with theft.Let me be the 1st. to say THANK YOU!! Keep up the bitchin customer service and, as always, the steady ones will win the race.

The Ups store and ups drivers in my area have always been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

I dont think the people on here complaining about the drivers actually know that The UPS Store doesnt actually have drivers. The UPS Store workers are EHK (Extremely Helpful and Knowledgable).

The drivers are idiots, probably illiterate and probably don’t know how to follow gps instructions. My package was delivered to the wrong residence but luckily, the person who received the package was nice enough to bring it to my apartment. She said that UPS always delivers random packages to their home so they decided to bring it over.

Usually I have no problem with UPS. Recently, I received a package at my apartment complex and I found it against a baseboard heater. The heater burnt through my package and got some melted plastic on the jeans I ordered. I wasnt too pleased.

I wanted to ship a package to oklahahoma. Very expensive for a flat square 2lb package. $57.00. Plus $30.00 for a Box. I ended up leaving my package; however the more I thought about it I could not believe how expensive it was so I called the store 15-20 minutes later asking them if I could pick up the package. The store said I could not because the package was getting ready to be loaded and was mixed up with other packages. Seriously, good customer service would have been to spend the minute to find the package within the other packages. I will never use this store again. Lesson learned.

The ups here in Minot suck in delivering your packages. They are a bunch of liers. They tried to deliver my package on 10-14-2015 at sometime around 4 pm and I wasnt here since I worked from 9-5 and when I got home I received a note from them saying that they missed me and that they will try to deliver my package on the following day if I sign it at the back of the note. So the following day I put back the note to where the ups person left it so when they come back theyll see it but when I got home on that day the note was still up on my door and package is not there. I went to check online if where it is and it says that they attempted to deliver my package on 10-14-2015 at 4 pm and on the same day it says that they delivered it on my front door at 5:30 which is a lie. Until now i still have their note. So dont trust this company. Very disappointed with their service.

There was a problem with the item that I ordered from Ebay, so the seller told me that UPS would pick up the package yesterday, I was home the entire day and UPS was a no show, @ 8:00pm last night I went to take out the trash and low and behold there was a pre-printed return label hanging on my door stating that they attempted to reach me, the driver never knocked on my door to retrieve the package, it wasnt snowing and the package is less than 5 lbs, the fact the label was already pre printed, tells me that UPS never had any attention of picking up the package. I called UPS last night, I was told that a driver would be out to pick up the package and that a supervisor would call me in the morning. Michelle from UPS called me this am and told me that I would have to drop the package off myself or if I see a UPS driver to give the package to them, UPS comes at all hours of the day and night, so Im suppose to waste hours running around trying to find a UPS driver, further more, I dont have transportation, so dropping the package off at a UPS store is a big inconvenience. Michelle was absolutely no help to me at all, I guess the only reason she called was to document that she did a follow up. I contacted the seller and told him about the UPS shenanigans and within 5 minutes the seller refunded me my money and told me that I didnt have to return the item, thank God for decent people. They deleted my original post, I can see why this company only has 2 stars, they are totally dishonest, people like this think theyre getting away with murder, but what goes around comes around!

They always screw you on shipping. If their website quotes you $50 bring $75+. If it says $150 bring $250 because there is always some fee or fees the website never mentions that the store will stick you for.When your packages are big and heavy and you have more than one take a look at FedEx or commercial freight carriers. Youll likely end up money ahead for checking with them first.

I know if FedEx came to my house today ups funky asses can come I was supposed to get my got damn package on the 9th but noooo today is the 12th they said they was gonna deliver it now their saying 13th end of day lazy asses I wouldnt order anywhere from those who ship with ups ups SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! terrible business they might as well let FedEx take over since their to got damn lazy and afraid of snow I wouldnt give this a star if it wasnt for a good hearted person who made these one star five star reviews ughhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

Paid 75 bucks to get a package shipped to Ohio. Got a call from a little old lady (within 6 hours of me dropping off the package) saying that my package had been delivered to her house here in Minot. How in the hell does that even happen!?!?

USE FEDEX INSTEAD! UPS store wanted to change me $148 dollars just in shipping fees alone to mail poster from Minot ND to New Mexico! I took the same poster to Fedex and they charged $39.10 for shipping. They explained to me that this UPS store is franchised and completely jacks up the prices to rip people off. Fedex is corporate and is forced to keep their prices lowI will NEVER use this UPS store again! FexEx is located on the south side of town, just across from the new HomeDepot.

I moved to minot from houston texas and insted of driving here with all of my stuff i flew and shipped all of my small belongings with ups. before i left i made sure the boxes were in great conditon and were sealed properly. i think this is just ups in general but when i got my boxes they were more of paper bags held together with so much packing tape i couldnt hardly open it without stabbing into the boxes and tearing the things i had inside (blankets, clothing, valuables, ect.) however i know this was ups as a company and not indavidually the minot location. but when they tried to deliver it to my house they could not for the life of them find my location. i live in a 4 room building rented out to 4 different families. my room mates along with the other people in the house have recieved things from ups to this location before so i know they must have known where it was. however it was 4 large heavy boxes and i believe they were too lazy to get them out of the van and bring it upstairs for me. i eventually had to borrow a friend of ours, that we are not very close to, car just so i could go down and get my belongings because we do not have a car yet. i excused this because i was too concerned with my new marriage and home to care. HOWEVER we have recieved many packages since then without problem. but on the occasion we have had large items that again, conviently, they couldnt find our house to deliever. My mother has just gotten us a large kitchen set of dishes and pots and pans and other valuable, EXSPENSIVE, kitchen ware as a wedding gift. She requested that the packages be signed for, and ups reported that the packages were left on the doorstep downstairs outside last friday. needless to say i did not recieve them. So i really hope that the ups driver or some truely neiborly neibor is now enjoying my kitchen set while i eat off of paper plates and can only use a microwave to cook with. THANKYOU UPS FOR YOUR AMAZING SERVICE. NOT.

Worst customer service i have ever had when it comes to shipping something I couldnt believe it! Please make your way to fed ex or USPS because this UPS service was complete trash and disgraceful!
