From the minute I walked in I was extremely impressed with Dental Care Associates. The building is clean and welcoming, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chase was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend!!

The reception staff at Dental Care Associates are absolutely wonderful, theyre professional and caring and treat you with the utmost respect. Dr Deeter is personable and pleasant to talk to and gives you the facts about present and future care. The tech assistant Sam really knows her stuff and I feel like Im totally being taken care of. As much as anyone could feel with a BIG GIANT hook in your mouth.

Dr. Chase and Amy were great. Professional and personable. Wish it hadn’t taken me so long to find this office. Their dental practice in Minot is like what Red Bull Racing is to F1! Go check them out

By far the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Chase is always gentle and explains procedures thoroughly. Mat is very friendly and puts patients at ease (I am a very nervous patient!). The women behind the desks are always kind and helpful. Even though this office is out of network for my insurance, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Dental Care Associates is with Dr. Chase, Matt and the staff! Greeted me with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for my needs. I had an emergency with my tooth and I was in severe pain. Within 2 hours of calling I was in the chair being taken care of. Dr. Chase and Matt came through with flying colors! Excellent customer service. Had and emergency and got an appointment within an hour. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I was put at ease before I even walked in the office. Dr. Chase and his staff were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The office was spotless! I couldn’t has had a better experience!

Best dentist I have ever been to, hands down. Dr. Chase and his staff are amazing!! Everything is explained, including all options and price, and the level of hygiene is superb! Staff are meticulous at cleaning, washing hands, and changing gloves. This is the first dentist I have been to where my lips and cheeks didn’t hurt after from the dentist working. Very gentle touch. Would definitely recommend!

Had a few issues going on with my teeth and Dr Chase was able to help me and ease my mind. I travel for work and he was able to fit me in and do what needed to be done. Price is what you expect from a dentist. Nice staff. He is very gentle. Clean.

As a visitor passing through with a broken molar and no insurance, with smiling faces they took me in quickly, did a fantastic job, painlessly and at very reasonable cost. Five stars are not enough!

Asked for a check up and a problem with one tooth. Examined only that tooth and sent me on my way with information I already knew and please pay in advance for further treatment. Seemed more interested in my ability to pay them than my dental care.Wont go back and feel cheated.

The team did a great job! Everyone was super friendly and Dr. Chase was fast and gentle with my tooth extraction. Also didnt have to wait long at all, which is a bonus.

I have never really liked going to the dentist but was immediately comfortable when I first visited Dental Care Associates. The team is very warm and inviting and took the time to help explain the paperwork. Dr. John and his assistant also listened to my concerns and I could tell they really cared. The work I needed done on my teeth was quick, painless and affordable, I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic people! Quick, easy and completely painless wisdom tooth removal! They let me borrow headphones to listen to music, but they were done before I finished the first song.

Dr. Chase is nothing less than amazing. I have not been happy with my smile in almost 13 years after breaking off a font tooth and it becoming yellow. After just 3 months and a few office visits I can now smile proudly. His staff his friendly and professional. The office is clean and cozy :)

Never entered office, had trouble with receptionist, left a poor review initially, but was then contacted by the owner concerned over the situation. I greatly appreciate his reaching out and consider that excellent business practice.

OMG I cant say enough about Dr Deeter and his wonderful staff. Went in yesterday with a horrible abscess. My flight was leaving in a couple hrs and they still got me in. I was honestly just expecting to get an antibiotic, but then Dr Deeter gave me my options and said he could pull them, I was totally on board. He was very friendly and told me everything to expect. He got the job done and did it well. In a way, I wished I lived in Minot just so I could go back. All in all, 5 stars just isnt enough to give them.

Normally dentists offices are small, crowded and often window less. Coming here really made you feel comfortable.That you had large area of space, was really clean, windows to look outside, ceiling was a nice wood trim, walls were a good color blue to be peaceful and relaxing.Staff was very friendly and squeezed me in because I had a horrible toothache. They took care of all the hassle of dealing with my insurance providers. Dentists took the time to throughly explain why my tooth is in so much pain and what would happen if I dont get it removed. I was even showed the X-rays so I could see myself what is wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
