Ive only gotten two payday loans .but every time Ive received a courtesy calls prior to my due date . and they were willing to move my day due date around A-day or so if needed If you communicate with them. They were very courteous and very helpful and patient. I mostly take advantage of the bill pay . Last week a lady in front of me paid $300 In bills in All ones!! The 2 ladies were very nice and help the customer out as fast as possible. If thats not patience I dont know what is .

Cashed our check a week early, with no notification, causing overdraft fees (it wasn’t due for another week, we didn’t have the money yet), plus transfer fees from our savings account as overdraft protection, plus overdraft fees for the upcoming to transactions that we borrowed the money for in the first place.Despite even admitting it was their mistake, they absolutely refused to remedy it in anyway. Total cost for borrowing was the $100 in interest on the short term loan, and the eventually $150 in fees from our bank due to Americash’s massive screw up.Will never use again, will never recommend anyone use again, and will do everything in my power to stop anyone from going in there that I possibly can.
