Call Maintenance Plus before you try anyone else!We wouldnt be able to say enough good things about Maintenance Plus! We had three appts scheduled with them, within the last month. First, our downstairs carpet, then ducts & vents, and lastly, our upstairs carpet.They worked with our scheduling needs and got us taken care of! The services were AMAZINGLY professional, the friendliest damn people, and superb cleaning! Zach is a superstar! We will never use anyone else again in Minot...our GO-TO crew, thats for sure!

Incredible service! I can’t believe it. My daughter was playing with my bright red powder blush one day - she dropped it and it crushed all over my carpet. I tried every product on the red stain, it would NOT budge one bit, so I decided to call a professional. I called Courtney and Zach over at Maintenance Plus, as they were highly recommended by my colleagues. They came right over when their schedule allowed (the next day they fit our home in).Totally stunned - I walked into my house after Zach cleaned my carpet, and I could not believe it. The red powder seemed to completely vanish from the carpet fibers - I couldn’t even tell where the powder had stained. I was SO happy! Most of all because I currently rent my condo, and I was mortified when the stain occurred.Maintenance Plus is the only company I will contact for my carpet cleaning and stain removal! I’ll rant and rave this company all day long. They have cleaned up multiple spills and stains my child (and I) have created in our rental property, making the move out process stress-free for us!
