Great service, great people, great coverage! Ive been with this agency for over 10 years now. Yes, I left one year for cheaper coverage, which as always, turned out to be a major mistake.We purchased our Home Owners Policy, with another company. When I called to tell them, Kim asked if I would be willing to let him review the policy to make sure that I would be covered. He wasnt trying to prove the other company wrong or anything like that. He genuinely wanted to make sure I had good coverage in the event something happened. Ultimately, it saved my family from what could have been a HUGE and extremely expensive disaster. Turns out the other policy didnt cover any damages from a storm due to the age of our roof. Basically if our roof caved in from a tree falling due to wind, or a tornado damaged the roof and we lost our home, they wouldnt cover anything. I was very up front with the age of the roof, especially being first time home buyers. We didnt know a lot, so we relied on what people told us. Sadly, they did not tell us anything about this provision in our policy until I called and questioned them. Lesson learned! I have been back with Allstate ever since and dont plan on leaving!Price shouldnt matter, having the right coverage and the right people is truly what matters the most!

Kim is our agent, but everybody weve dealt with at his Allstate location has been amazing. Very helpful and gets claims done without a problem and quickly.
