They were very friendly and helpful. Very on top of things as original eta was between 75-90 but they got there much sooner. The gentlemen that arrived was very good at what he does. I appreciate greatly taking on the job to tow my vehicle over 200+ miles. Highly recommended

I needed my car towed that’s been sitting idle in a lot for a bit now. I’ve also been dreading a tow as I have not always received outstanding service before from other companies. I had the unfortunate luck of meeting Kustom Karriers... unfortunate because my vehicle had mechanical problems. Kustom Karriers is where my luck changed. They were contacted via AAA. Adam with Kustom Karriers arrived in 15 minutes or so. Much faster than the 90 minutes AAA said it was going to be. Adam was very friendly and personable. He worked quickly and took every precaution to ensure my vehicle was not damaged. I always worry about that and Adam made me feel very at ease with my vehicle being towed. The tow was completed very smoothly and I am very happy with the service Adam provided. If the other drivers at Kustom Karriers have the same work ethic that Adam does, then Kustom Karriers has gotten it right when it comes to customer service.

They towed my vehicle improperly and not safely. We saw a different post with video footage of his driver towing our vehicle. He didn’t use safety chains and didn’t even strap the vehicle down at all! Look at the reviews a year back and they seem to do a lot to upset people. Go somewhere else please.

Harvey came from a AAA call. Arrived early, and was very helpful with my 57Chevy that was in an underground garage and would not start. He got it started, and even followed up with a call after I went to my service garage to make sure everything was ok. Wonderful service, above and beyond. Hard to find great service like that anymore.

I needed to get my car to my dealership when it died 3 times in less than a month. AAA dispatched Kustom Karriers. Harvey was able to get my car started fairly quickly with a jump. When I expressed concern that my car might die enroute to the dealership, Harvey offered to follow me for a while to make sure I was ok. He actually followed me the whole way! By doing this he saved me the cost of the supplemental cost of the tow and ensured my safety. Thank you Harvey! AAA you have a great partner in Kustom Karriers!

Run, dont walk away from ever using this tow service! Their tow driver placed a jump pack on my vehicle improperly and caused damage to the vehicle that voided a portion of the warranty repair. I asked to be reimbursed for the amount of the repair and was told they would pay for the repair of I allowed them to try and re-create the damage they already did! Garbage!!!!!! This is City of Edinas preferred vendor. Beware!

Today Will helped me, and while I was stressed out trying to balance phone calls to coordinate with the dealership and the person picking me up, Will was very understanding and kind. They just took care of it real quick and that was that.

I found myself in a an extremely difficult predicament. A series of wrong turns ended with me stuck in the middle of nowhere. Friendly service when I called, truck came out immediately. Although neither of ya was sure he was going to be able to save me, he gave it his best shot and it worked! They honestly could have charged me anything because I had no choice, but they were very fair with their pricing.

These guys were fantastic! My car was stalled in a tight parking ramp. They sent a truck out to make sure they could do the job, then came back once I confirmed I was on my way. They were efficient, and so accommodating!Hopefully I don’t need it, but if I ever do, I’ll definitely use them again!

My poor hummer needed to be towed. The moment I called they where honest, kind, and helpful! I was given a 30 time frame but my guy showed up early and was SOOOOOO POLITE! He loaded my giant truck and took it to Burnsville for me, unloaded and was just super nice! I will call them every time I need a tow.

Got vehicle impounded today and my Grandmother is the registered vehicle owner. Who is immobile and unable to move. Have proper registration and insurance and the money to get car out. But they insist to make an elderly woman come and be present.

I hit some black ice slid off the road I called Kustom Karriers they were there in 10 mins had me pulled out all with in 20 mins and back on the road very impressed.

Wasnt the registered owner, but had the sellers title signed in the glovebox.... they denied access to the vehical until the surrender took effect. Lost 3000 in tools, and some irreplaceable jewelry. Well I was driving down the freeway and I wondered if I heard some strange sound...well I was in the left lane and needed to get to the shoulder of the road...seemed like my life passes before my eyes as I got the shoulder with all the cars honking at me...well there the truck was lights flashing...Kustom Karriers tow truck....so I was able to get right in front truck and I get out and walk over to the guy working on another flat tire and Im like I dont have AAA but I just signed up for roadside assistance...he said I should call and see if I could get reimbursed if he helps me... So they said yes! So that nice guy helped me get the spare tire on and gave me the paperwork to give to my insurance company...also the moral of my story is...if you get a flat tire on your way to the casino.....go back home....I totally lost 😞...so thank you Gary for your assistance!! AAA sent out Kustom Karriers as my battery was dead after work. It was awfully cold outside and Jake (after I am sure is a longggg shift in this cold snap) couldnt have been more pleasant, more courteous, or more efficient. With the battery I had being the original and 7+ years old I was planning on driving straight to the battery shop to have a new one installed ( a wait no doubt on a Friday night when all I wanted to do was go home). And voila! After telling Jake my plan, he said he could replace one on the spot. That literally only took minutes. Turns out the cost was about $30 less than the battery shop I was planning on driving to. Jake is my hero!!!

Looked my keys in the car. He said it would be $60. Told him the address and asked if he would take a check because I had no cash and didnt know if I had a credit card with me. He was rude and said well if you dont know if you do or dont have a credit card I not gonna send someone out. Could of just taken the check but I Kellys Towing takes all payment methods.

Terrible customer service. The man helping my family was rude, disorganized, didn’t seem like he wanted to help and kept giving an attitude. We simply needed help and were treated as an inconvenience. I would NOT, ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this towing company to anyone.

I dont know how to rate their service because they never showed up.My car was in a snow bank, due to hitting a patch. I needed to be towed back maybe 2 feet. The tow truck driver got to where I was and decided he couldnt make it up the smallest hill, (which I told him about prior)which was literally 100 feet from where I was. He didnt even offer any assistance after that.

They seemed disorganized, didnt perform our tow, and then billed us anyway for more than the company that actually performed the service for us.

Josh from Kustom Karriers was out to help with a battery.He changed and tested, didnt just jump it.Found the battery was faulty and offered to install a new one.All on site, one trip.
