There is absolutely no customer service, very rude and unprofessional, not accommodating.

I sold my business and needed a lot of stuff shredded. Very efficient and on time. Highly recommend.

I am not sure how their shred service is because I only got as far as the call. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I was asking questions about prices and she talked to me as if I was incompetent. As if I should automatically know how much they charge for service. I ended the call saying I would find someone else because she was so unprofessional! You guys are gonna lose good business if you keep people like that employed.

Driver alerted us he was on his way, took care of our needs promptly. Very Satisfied. On the other hand when setting up our appointment online the female I spoke with, Leashia? was another story. She was very rude, condesending and rerespectful. I have several business with over 400 employees. I she was one of my employees, she wouldnt be represnting my company. I almost hung up the phone to look for another company.

Driver of truck 219 on 1/15/20 almost caused an accident. Have it on dashcam. They cut off a car without making sure the lane was clear.
