I have had an open customer service issue for three months. Still waiting for resolution. I have sent 7 emails without response to a customer service rep who at one point responded with a stock email response. They do not value you as a customer... you are just a dollar sign.

Do not give this company your business! They bait and switch their products, do not respond to BBB complaints, and refuse to issue a refund for an overcharge. They sound like a broken record saying all sales are final even though they processed payment incorrectly. Criminal company...
